Ruby Sievewright at the Saltaire branch was always super-responsive and always followed up. Like a lot of buyers in June 2021, we were keen to complete in a short period of time to beat the SDLT deadline and Ruby helped to ensure this happened.Just holding back from 5-stars as I would have expected Linley and Simpson to have pushed the vendors to have submitted building control approval before putting the house on the market.

Finally a good letting consultant. Zak, the letting consultant, was a very friendly and knowledgable. He was able to answer all my questions about the house, which, somehow, it is not common. Also, he explained to me the letting prossess in a simple and clear way.
