A company can only be as good as the staff it employees. I have had 5 star service from Kate Ward. She also always dealt with any issues quickly. I'm sure some questions/worries I may have are not really her department, however she reply to my emails quickly and everything is sorted. Even passing me to a different member of staff when required.L & S look after my rented property. Any problems are sorted quickly and professionally. Renting is quite new to me and L & S have made it very easy.

Ellie/Alex - extremely helpful and professional

Ellie and Alex have been extremely helpful in helping me find a place to rent. Alex took down all my details and supported me and advised the areas that might be right for me. I was looking to move to the Leeds area and their knowledge of the area and local areas meant they knew exactly where I would ne best suited. I really felt listened to with my requirements. Their communication was great and I felt supported every step of the way. Ellie was very professional during the house viewing and showed me round and made me feel at ease and I could ask any questions. I found a place to stay really quickly and I'm grateful to Ellie and Alex for their help and support.

FABULOUS, GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE

The team were proactive and found us a buyer in a couple of weeks, where other homes on our street are still on the market. Stuart was great on the valuation, thorough and took his time with us, and the process to get on the market was really smooth. I haven’t moved in yet, but the Ilkley team seems to be outstanding.Georgia Elsworth was extremely efficient keeping us on track in the progression for our rental approval. We had a short processing time and we made all the benchmarks to accomplish our move-in date. Also she liaised between the owners and I about questions I forgot during the walkthrough. Georgia has answered all my emailed questions and concerns, in addition to handling my end of tenancy paperwork for my old flat.Ben Holmes was professional and nice when showing the property on our walkthrough, He knew we had questions about room size, so he brought a laser measure with him.This was truly a team effort as Georgina Oddy worked with my standing order paperwork and deposit.

Very helpful and attentive team!

I and my husband rented a flat advertised by Linley and Simpson for a year. During that year, the Headingley branch took good care of us. Mark Nowoslawski is the name that stands out in the Headingley branch for us. When one L&S team member proved not to be very efficient, I visited their office and explained the problem I was having. Mark said he would deal with it and after that he was our person to go. Great person to have in one's team from a customer's viewpoint.

Louise Chisholm-Johnson (Holmfirth office)…

Louise Chisholm-Johnson provided us with an outstanding service. She even managed to recover the full costs of reinstating our rental property back to its former condition from the outgoing tenant, after they had left it in a very sorry state. It was on both Louise and Tyla's professional opinion that notice should be served on the tenant, as they had previously inspected the property and informed the tenant that the condition ot the property was not acceptable. As the tenant clearly did not act on their advice, notice was served and the tenant evicted.Louise kept us informed throughout the whole process and clearly went to great lengths to recover the reinstatement costs. I can honestly say that If every Estate Agent that offers a fully managed service had someone like Louise in charge of lettings. Then decent landlords would have a lot more confidence in the rental section, knowing somebody like Louise was prepared to go that extra mile to recover damage costs from bad tenants.

Very thorough viewing experience with Gabbie, she was able to answer all of my questions, explained the process well and was very friendly. Also, I’d like to shout out Wendy who has helped me over the phone over the past few weeks. Your prompt responses to my umpteen emails and calls was really amazing. I also need to compliment Tara Cuddy, who showed us the property.
