Avoid like the plague. Pudsey branch allowed me rent a house which was previous a weed den with no verbal acknowledgement of this. They covered up all the issues and failed to repair issues they were aware of prior to me moving in. Issues including let over organic plant matter in the loft (causing hundreds of mites and flies), a hole in the roof which was used for ventilation (which let water into the house when it rained), large furry mould patches along with more issues. I moved out after 4 months of excuses as to why the mould wasn’t being sorted. I have submitted a formal complaint which was escalated 4 weeks ago - I’ve since not had a response. Awful company

GoogleI have been a tenant with RPMS letting for 7 years. Oli Philip is my Portfolio Manager and I have found him to be polite, professional and friendly. Oli always responds quickly to the emails that I send him regarding repairs. When my oven needed repairing a couple of months ago, I was amazed at the speed of the telephone call from the contractor coming to fix the oven, as I had only emailed Oli, less than an hour previously. I would recommend Oli and the team to anyone who was thinking about renting. RPMS offers a very high-quality service.

GoogleI cannot recommend RPMS enough! I recently bought my first home and due to work related circumstances have moved abroad. I was reluctant to leave my home and rent it out. The whole RPMS staff have been helpful during the whole process of getting my property rented and have quickly responded to any query I had. Thank you to Katie for taking such great pics of the place and Natalie who has been absolutely fantastic in keeping me updated with everything. I am content knowing that the RPMS team have found nice tenants and would highly recommend them to other landlords.

GoogleAfter my mother had a stroke I have taken over things for her. I'm a gas engineer myself and she has had a gas fire condemned since she has moved in. Working OK on viewing, condemned on moving in. Also they have micropore piping with incompetent plumbers leaving my mother with limited heating over the winter periods. This is still broken now and they don't have a plumber that can fix it which is a joke in itself. Never missed a payment and she got a 2 month notice saying the people wanted to move back in. Becareful they is alot better letting agents out there. We have also made a complaint to the governing bodies regarding the incompetence of the company and how my mother's rent and deposit is being dealt with. Even if this means a small claims court.
