All the people I have dealt with at Linley & Simpson have been a pleasure to deal with and made the task of getting a new flat seamless and professional. From the initial viewing with Sharon to Richard in the office and the referencing team have helped tremendously to make the move very easy.

The property management service they provide is excellent, and my life is made much easier knowing they are there to keep everything running smoothly and deal promptly with any problems.

The staff members I came-across are efficient, considerate and nice. I've faced some hiccup issues of different types since I moved in my flat. There are staff from various areas to help me out. I would undoubtedly to recommend Linley and Simpson to my friends.The reason for me not giving 5-stars is, I would like to leave a space for improvement. Hopefully they can keep up the good service and have even better performance in the future.

I used to have a panel of lettings agents I used. As time has gone by it has become increasingly apparent that Linley & Simpson is head and shoulders above the competition . This is in all aspects from service to vetting rigour , ensuring paperwork is correct and offering value for money. Fiona S has been extremely help full on multiple occasions.

So far my experience with everyone at the headingley branch has been really positive. I had a viewing with Chelsea, she was very friendly and understanding of my needs. I also want to mention Mark and Alex-Jay for their help in the process so far. Everyone has been very prompt in replying to queries and helpful.

Lindley and Simpson have been the letting agents of my property for the past eight years. For large proportions of that time I have lived abroad and therefore relied on them extensively to manage and keep me informed of any issues that arose with either my property or tenant. Over the years this has been done in an exemplary manner. I have always felt assured whenever I have asked for advice over an issue, that the advice given was the correct way for me to proceed.When I recently decided to sell my property, Linley and Simpson again, acted promptly and professionally, informing me of the procedures involved, guiding me through each stage of the process and advising accordingly. Although my property has yet to ‘complete’, I feel confident that the process will continue in the same professional manner until that time comes. I am extremely pleased with the service I have received from Linley and Simpson both over the past years until the present day.

I had a fantastic experience with Ella Hodson and Olivia Gascoigne (Linley & Simpson) . They were always available to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the entire letting process. Their communication was excellent, which made everything much less stressful. I'm very grateful for their help in finding my new home.They were incredibly responsive, organized viewings quickly, and handled all the paperwork efficiently. I was impressed by their professionalism and how smoothly the entire process went. I highly recommend them!

GoogleI can't fault RPMS in the 8 years i have been with them. Any repairs i reported were dealt with swiftly, I also couldn't fault the landlord as nothing was ever questioned, what needed doing was done. The staff at RPMS are friendly, i'd particularly like to point out that Laura Saunders was very efficient when it came to move out and handover time. She made viewings on the property that i was still in as convenient for me as she possibly could whilst we were still living there which i really appreciated with having children. She is a friendly, approachable member of the team. I can't recommend RPMS enough, I wouldn't hesitate to rent through them in the future should the occasion arise.

He check on with me several time to make sure our apointement was still on, the list of viewing was received, review my criterias and accepted my friend to visit on my behalf.During the whole visit my friend were happy with the care and service provide as much as the professionnalism and honesty of Luke. He went above expectation and thanks to him I was able to secure the renting that I can call home.
