They kept my holding deposit, went through all the checks, and was offered in a moving day which I then wanted to move a week later, due to my mother passing away.. so I was short that week. For paying final payment by £450 and they said they wouldn't wait a week.. and told me I can't move forward now, and said as I was wanting to move in a week later, it couldn't be done, so then I lost my house, and they kept my holding deposit.. the manager fakely pretended she was sorry, my horrible treatment

Scott Knight was brilliant!

Scott Knight was brilliant. Personable, really knowledgeable about the area and great with my 9 year old son who is nervous about a big move to Yorkshire. We met Scott at the office and he walked us up to the property which gave us time to ask him questions about Ilkley which he happily answered. He allowed us plenty of time to have a really good look around the property, about which he knew all the little details including a ‘secret hidden cupboard’ behind a mirror which captivated my son! He showed us an alternative, scenic route to the next property we were viewing so we could see more of Ilkley and he gave us a great lunch recommendation too! He definitely helped us make the most of the limited time we had in Ilkley. Thank you Scott! 🙏
