FacebookAmazing service, I believe the property hive were pretty much instrumental in making our move happen! We viewed a home we loved which was being marketed by property hive, (more out of curiosity) and didn’t even have ours on the market. We were working to a very tight time scale so didn’t believe the house we wanted was in our sights at all. The property hive managed to value, photograph, virtual tour, market and sell within days and now here we are in our dream home! All the staff were clearly very committed and very adept at forging and maintaining relationships with their clients, making negotiations, progress enquiries etc a breeze. We did consider saving a few bob by trying to do this ourselves, we’re so glad we didn’t. Minimal stress, smooth transition. We were so glad to have them on our team!

GoogleHi Lorraine
Thank you so much for your time on Saturday morning, we are very grateful to you for your assistance, particularly as we’re not your clients. It is refreshing and gratifying to find that there are genuine property consultants out there who care about everyone affected by the whole chain and we are grateful that you understand the impact that this is having on us all and are doing your best to help.
With grateful thanks,
Kind regards

GoogleUse caution - Property Hive made no effort to value our property just asked us how much we were hoping to get (we said £110000) and they agreed with that with no other comment or input. Suspicious, we asked another estate agent who valued it at £130000 and after listing out house with them we managed to sell within a month for full asking price. Seems they were only interested in a quick sale and their fee - would not recommend.

GoogleUsed them to sell my house in Rossington, Had around 10 viewing and 9 I had to do myself as they were always to busy to attend. didn't get feedback from most of them and when you rang Hive they just said we cant get hold of the them to find out. When I (not them as i did all the viewings) finally sold it was going to ask them for my bonus from doing the viewing that finally sold the house after nearly 12 months. Pictures taken were rubbish and were at an angle so they cant hold a camera straight! and over valued the property just to get the business.
Now they let the house next door to my new one, and the nightmare continues! fence panel blew down in the recent strong winds, contacted hive said they would fix it, called 1 week later no one knew about the call, called another week later and they are waiting for a fencing company to give a quote on it. so been 4 weeks now just to get a fence panel put back into its concrete posts absolute joke. Wouldn't recommend or use them again.

FacebookI have recently sold my house through ‘The Property Hive’, and received an excellent service, they supported me through the whole process, including chasing up the solicitors and letting me what is happening, took the stress out of selling my house. Even did my viewings. You receive weekly/daily updates from the staff, thank you so much; Michelle, Chloe, Suzanne, Ben and Lorraine. Sold my house in less than a week!!! Would definitely recommend them.

Hi Karen,
Thank you for providing us with the 5* review. It's really good to receive these at our end as it really motivates everyone in the office. It's also really useful for future and potential customers on which agents to avoid or of course select to help them.
Thanks again Karen

FacebookIf you have HIVE out to value and sell your property, please ensure you have everything in writing before the agent leaves as I had a number of valuations on different documentation.

FacebookWe have used the Property Hive to sell my mother's house in Doncaster. I envisaged problems given I am based in London but in fact the opposite was true. Having met Sylvia when we first put the property up for sale, we have been extremely well looked after by the delightful Shannan who has been enormously helpful in terms of promoting and keeping the deal moving forward. Thank you is not enough, would recommend you guys to anyone. Cheers

GoogleFrom the first phone call to the hive estate agents Lorraine and her dedicated team were amazing the service second to none nothing to much trouble all the way through to completion day.
Through out the sale I was updated on viewings feedback etc.
If you're looking to sell I can recomend hive 100 per cent and at a very fair price.
Thanks all again for a professional and stress free sale.
