GoogleBen came and took my house photos and did a great job paying attention to detail and getting everything as I wanted. I had a lot of interest as soon as it went on the market and within half a day had a handful of offers going above asking price. Sylvia and Michelle have been great so far. Customer service is really good, you pay a bit more than some other estate agents but it's worth it for the great job they do.

GoogleWe recently requested a valuation on our property, from the first point of contact all staff were friendly and keen to get our appointment sorted as swiftly as possible. Prior to the visit we were contacted to confirm it was still ok to come, when Sylvia arrived we were given 1st class service, we were quite impressed about the 3d tour that's available as part of and included within the package and only available through Hive they will price match with any other agent also ,if we do decide to sell we would not hesitate to use the property Hive. Fantastic service.

GoogleExtremely simple and easy to use system to book a property valuation using the website. The lovely Sylvia arrived to complete the valuing of the property - her friendly and bubbly personality put me at ease instantly. Within the hour we complete the tour and I had agree to go ahead with property hive. The same day I have my 3d tour completed and brochure ready. The 3d viewing tool is brilliant - i have used it my self to view other properties and it honestly feels like you are in the house. This mean you get a great feel for the property. The service has been of an extremely high standards and I look forward to selling my property with them. The whole sale and purchasing process has been brilliant from putting house on the market to full completion. All the team at property hive very helpful and respond as quick as possible to any questions. I would highly recommend them as a service.

GoogleI appointed the Property Hive as the Agents to sell a bungalow in Bessacarr because their business is local to Doncaster, I had seen several display boards and was very impressed with the representative I met prior to the bungalow going on the market. A fixed price contract was agreed. Through the journey to sale of the property and completion and due to the difficulties of 'lockdown' completion of the sale was delayed. However, the staff of Property Hive were always available, responsive, proactive and extremely professional. GoogleWe have decided to market our property with The Property Hive because: - they are a family run local business; - everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and came across as both enthusiastic and knowledgeable; - they have offices in the local area; - Suzannah kindly organised a valuation by Sylvia at short-notice; - Sylvia explained the process well, provided useful insights into the local property market, suggested ways in which to present the property, explained the virtual tour they provide, confirmed there would be accompanied viewings and then followed up quickly where needed. FacebookWe’ve had such a great experience with Hive, after viewing many properties, losing out on quite a few too! We found them to be so helpful, especially when a property we’d previously missed out on came back on the market, they immediately called us & we are now very close to completing the sale. The communication has been brilliant to keep both sides informed throughout which, i feel, is key to reduce any stress during the process.

GoogleI can not recommend highly enough! I had 22 viewers and 8 offers in 3 weeks. From initial marketing to actual completion of the sale it was 9 weeks. What can I say??? All the staff at this family business are proactive, know their customers and above all care. Special thanks though to Lorraine, Sarah, Ben, Sylvia and Kelly for their professionalism and support when it all got crazy though in a good way of course! Local knowledge of the area and market cannot be underestimated. Combine this with a genuine understanding and liking of people and you have a fantastic business model. Hive deserve their success and long may it continue!
