The Property Hive have been an absolute delight to deal with both the sale of our house and purchase of our new property. All of the staff in the company have provided a really personal, tailored service to my whole family. They keep you up to date with all relevant information in the chain, so that the process of moving is a more enjoyable relaxed process. I have had experience of other estate agents in Doncaster, and they don’t even come close to the service and value that you get from The Property Hive. They are a company that is very professional and have a great community spirit (whenever you pass their office, a hello and catch up is most welcome). I would defiantly use The Property Hive again and would whole heartedly recommend everyone to use them.

We used The Property Hive to buy our current house. They were quick and on the ball. They have a dedicated member of the team who chases up on the contracts at the solicitors which helps the transition of becoming a home owner even quicker. They recommended a local solicitor who turned out to be amazing and they worked well as a team to achieve a good outcome for all. The ladies in the office where always available for a conversation about any queries we had. I would recommend using The Property Hive.

After receiving extremely poor service from a different estate agent we moved our house sale to The Property Hive and couldn't be more happier! The whole team are doing everything they can to sell the house, sending information out to people, follow ups, viewing, calling us with regular updates. When my sister and I decided to sell our late parents’ bungalow we consulted four different estate agents and out of all of them we found Sylvia to be the most personable , professional and passionate in her job. She was not only empathetic to our situation ( unlike one of the large corporate agents who said we had to remove our late parents’ “clutter” before photos were taken!!!!!😡), but she showed a finger on the pulse of the local property market and what was happening and what local property was worth.

2 viewings in 6 months, both in first week. We had to show them round despite Hive's promise to perform all viewings and on both occasions the viewers weren't in a position to buy anyway, just testing the water. Photos awful and dark to the point I had to take some myself and email them in. Brochure poorly written and again had to edit it and ask them to update. Online brochure then reverted to original offering for some reason and again we had to dive in to resolve. Words of caution 1 Despite all this they insist you have to stay with them for a minimum of 6 months or pay two sets of fees. Totally contractual when it's in their favour. Word of caution 2 If they can't sell your property and you wait 6 months to break free from them, you then have to pay £240 - supposedly to cover their expenses. Seems to me they are only interested in doing Bessecar located properties. Avoid avoid avoid.

Although I have yet to use The Property Hive to buy or sell a house I wanted to review the customer service that I have received from the staff. I contacted them to ask for details of bungalows that might be suitable for my elderly Dad following the loss of my Mum last September, as the house he lives in isn’t really suitable anymore. Initially my Father wanted to move, but is now unsure as to when that will be, (there’s a lot of things to deal with, obviously) Every time I have spoken to anyone at The Hive they have been considerate and understanding, they have been in touch to ask how things are going, but not too often and never pushy. When the time is right I will have no hesitation in getting back in touch for help in finding a new home for Dad.

Property Hive Estate Agents in Bessacarr, Doncaster have just sold our late Dad's house; I interviewed x5 Estate agents but decided to go with Hive because firstly they exuded great passion and enthusiasm for selling houses, they genuinely really liked the period property, they are modern, upbeat and with it and had the best knowledge of the local area out of all the agents! Gave us a fair selling valuation and realistic time frame, pulled out all the stops to help me get the property on the market just before Christmas, enjoyed showing the clients around again with genuine enthusiasm for the property, kept regular updates with me throughout the process and great advice when we had some offers, guiding me through the stressful details! Their office has a true 'buzz' about it - when I went in just a week or so before Christmas on the Saturday morning they had sold a house the night before and earlier that morning, then had calls from potential clients as far a field as the South West, all the staff are upbeat and lively, they're web site is vibrant, modern and easy to use - the bee logo very memorable. I would recommend Property Hive to assist you in selling your property any time that's why I've given them x5 stars!! From a Very happy client.

Fantastic service. It’s really hard to describe how great the team at the Property Hive were. Sylvia advised me and explained everything to me clearly and in a friendly way. She is a really wonderful person, she goes all out to help and answer your questions. I can’t praise her enough. In fact everyone I dealt with were amazing, professional and well trained and still really nice friendly people you can get along with. As for my sale - well what can I say, my house sold on the first day, and despite my own doubts the Property Hive got me a top price. Far more than I anticipated and that extra money was way more than the fees involved so it was a win win for me. Yay! The staff kept in touch every week so I didn’t feel things were happening that I couldn’t keep up with. They answered all my questions and I really would use them and nobody else for all future property dealings. I’d give six blooming stars if I could! They are fabulous.
