FacebookWe changed to The Property Hive to sell our bungalow and were very glad we did. It took quite a while to sell as it was quite an unusual house but Sylvia got us plenty of viewings and we sold in December. We were in a long chain but they pushed it along and kept us informed all the way. Sylvia, Lorraine, Shannon and all the team were fantastic. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you all. X

GoogleWe have just sold our house with property hive and bought another through another estate agent. With covid etc we hit a few speed bumps which lead to us nearly falling through on our new purchase. Lorraine looked after us and did all the chasing even on her days off! She saw it through until it was all sorted. Felt like she was my mate 😆 Thank you so much!

They were friendly, diligent, easy to contact and generally well aware of progress and kept us regularly updated. FacebookI would recommend anyone wanting to purchase or sell a house to strongly consider The Property Hive. We were always kept informed how things were progressing and the purchase was very easy and straight forward. All the office staff are very friendly but a special mention has to go to Shannan who is very friendly, always replies to emails and follows up phone conversations really quickly. A good experience all round with nothing negative to say!!!!

GoogleMy experience of Hive has been very poor. Ghost viewings, damage to my property from their board, drilled into my wall, and a very poor service in general.

FacebookWe've just purchased a house that was marketed with The Property Hive, all the staff were lovely and very helpful, no issues whatsoever. I could always get hold of them easily and they have always called me back when needed, the only improvement would be to make evening and weekend viewings possible through estate agent staff, though we also had no trouble getting viewings arranged with the vendor at times to suit. Great service, would recommend.
