GoogleAs a landlord, I spoke with quite a few agents initially, but many conversations felt more like sales pitches than genuine advice. When I came across Horlers, my experience was completely different, and I have had a great experience working with Loren and India.
Loren was fantastic when it came to finding tenants. She was proactive, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Her communication was clear and professional, and she worked efficiently to ensure suitable tenants were found quickly while keeping everything straightforward. What I particularly appreciated was that her advice always felt balanced and fair, rather than driven purely by sales.
India has been excellent on the property management side. She is organised, reliable, and very responsive whenever anything arises. It is reassuring to know the property is being well looked after, and she does a great job of keeping me informed while handling matters smoothly. What I value most is the effort she makes to find practical solutions that work well for both the landlord and the tenant.
Overall, they have both been a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and support have made the entire process far easier, and I only wish I had gone to them sooner.
