Castles Estate Agents reviews

I've only given a handful of reviews, but have to say that Castles were the BEST agent I dealt with in trying to buy a property in ...Lynsey was the only agent who truly listened to my requirements, and contacted / showed me properties that met my brief. ALL the staff were knowledgable, helpful and courteous, and whilst my purchase went through, Victoria was also brilliant. I'd have NO hesitation in recommending them, can't say enough good things about them! A truly refreshing experience to deal with them.

Best Estate Agent in Berkhamsted in my opinion and they haven’t even found me a property yet! Such great customer service from both Callum Gerrard & Felix Austen - I feel like the two of them make such a great team and have really spent the time to learn exactly what it is that I’m looking… also, when you walk into their office, you are always met by smiles and made to feel so welcome… Castles should be proud to have both Callum and Felix representing them, they really are both such excellent brand ambassadors for them! Really hoping THEY are the ones to secure my next purchase! 🤩 thanks, Charlie

Castles were excellent throughout the selling process. They are the best choice of agent in Berkhamsted and they receive the most enquiries and obtain the best prices for their clients. They were well organised in dealing with issues and delays that occurred and kept us well informed once terms were agreed and solicitors were instructed. As a Chartered surveyor who has been in the property business for over 40 years it was great to work with the sales team and receive the quality and level of professionalism that I have tried to give my clients during my career. Thanks again to the team. Much appreciated. Jeremy B. FRICS

We put our house up for sale with Castles back in March and have just completed on the sale. Callum, the agent who managed the sale, found a buyer extremely quickly, and has kept in touch throughout the sales process. He, together with Sam in the sales progression team, have made what is always a stressful process, as painless as possible. I would commend the Castles team and thank them for their knowledge, professionalism, advice and friendliness thought out. Well done Castles.

Very pleased with the service provided by Aaron and his team both in selling our flat and finding us our new home. We were kept up to date with the progress, and felt like we could go to Aaron with any questions or concerns at any time if needed, which really helped with this notoriously stressful process. The video walkthroughs and pictures produced were also amazing quality and something we felt really gives Castles a competitive edge!

We are so impressed with castles from the initial valuation to the successful offering they have been helpful, courteous and very professional. On the first visit Keira, who was our main contact arrived with a list of qualified potential customers, the organisation of the viewings was swift and arranged with the minimum amount of disruption. We were very happy with the photos taken which were flattering but not unrealistic and the video was also very impressive. I can’t recommend Keira, Lindsay, Aaron and the rest of the staff in the office highly enough.

The entire staff at Castles Estate Agents in Berkhamsted have been a pleasure to work with. During the process of selling my family home they have never been too busy to answer any questions or concerns we've had. In particular, we have been dealing with the Berkhamsted branch manager, Aaron, who is the best estate agent we have come across to date. Aarons expertise, care, attention to detail, and overall understanding of the property market were evident in every interaction we had. Thank you for caring about our home as much as we do. We will be telling our friends to use your services. Great job Aaron and the team at Castles Estate Agents!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Daniel and Matt were really nice to deal with. Professional friendly and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude. Matt worked really hard to secure us a property. In the end it didn’t pan out, but Matt was still very up beat and wished us all the best. A true professional.

Through a house purchase full of ups and downs, Lynsey and Victoria were fantastic. They were both always at the other end of a phone if we had questions and did everything they could to move things along and provide clarity to all parties. Special shout out to Lynsey particularly who went above and beyond to help us secure the property we ended up purchasing. I would recommend purchasing through them!

Castles really are a 1st Class Agent. We have just exchanged on our sale and onward purchase and Ronnie has been amazing throughout. It's not been straightforward and he has gone above and beyond to make it all come together, with great support from his team. Thoroughly recommend.

Max & Steve at Castles Berkhamsted were fantastic; they helped us to gain a good understanding of the property market in our area and what the best approach was for selling our home. They used their client database to find suitable buyers and we were able to agree a sale before we even put our home on the market! Sam at Castles in Boxmoor has been really helpful through the process to completition, helping us to get through all the tricky stages. Thanks to you all!

We have decided to move to a new place to live and since we entered the castle agency we have felt very welcomed and supported, especially the agent Callum has helped us a lot to find our favourite house and also he has helped us to even sell our current house, we're very pleased with the process and it's been a safe and comfortable journey with this amazing agency.

Would thoroughly recommend Max and his team at Castles. They were quick to advise and respond when our selling price was failing to generate much interest. All members of the team were shown the house before going to market and therefore all viewings were carried out by negotiators that knew the property, leading to firm interest and a genuine offer which was carried through to completion. I can honestly say I have never experienced a house sale as smooth as this one!

What can I say without being too gushy. Outstanding, professional estate agent. Through diligence and hard work they finally came good on my sale. Over twelve months and two cancelations they never gave up doing their utmost to find a buyer. I cannot thank them enough. Always helpful, polite and sympathetic. A great team effort. Once again thank you Castles. Thoroughly recommended.
