Bowes Mitchell Estate Agents have been successfully selling and letting properties for more than 25 years’ in and around Heaton (NE6), High Heaton, Benton (NE7), Longbenton, Killingworth and Forest Hall (NE12) as well as surrounding areas of Newcastle upon Tyne and Northumberland. We are a locally owned family-run business all of whom have a minimum of 10 years experience and knowledge of these areas. GoogleWe used Bowes Mitchell to sell our home in Forest Hall. Michael, Claire and Lindsey were great throughout the whole process. We were well informed about the sale and how it was progressing. When phoning the office all staff members were knowledgeable about our sale and helpful. Based on the experience we received we would definitely use Bowes Mitchell again.

GoogleThe staff could not of been more helpful.We had a few issues with people pulling out of the purchase but Claire and Owen always remained positive and quickly got the property back on the market resulting in the sale of our property.

GoogleLovely staff who always responded very quickly to questions when we were buying a property through them. They made the process stress free, and were always accommodating of requests to revisit the property to measure up for curtains, carpets, etc in advance of moving in. We haven't deducted any stars for this, as overall the experience was great, but one thing we did have slight worries about was that the information we were given about utility providers and bills/water meters/maintenance charges we had to pay (we bought an apartment in a block, which had these) was not always accurate and sometimes took a long time to get to us. This was probably not their fault at all but rather that of the vendor, but it did cause some issues when we eventually moved in and had to sort all of this out.
