We contacted this agent 4 times to get details of a site in helens bay. Promises that David then Michael would ring us back and after a week we gave up. I feel sorry for the vender ( mr Steele) as we intended to to make an improved offer.

We have used this firm on many occasions in the past and have always found their service to be courteous and efficient with great attention to detail. We appreciated their personal interest and input into each transaction resulting in a satisfactory conclusion to all concerned on each occasion. We have always dealt with the Hollywood Branch.

I was always kept fully informed of negotiations on the property and was advised of each step which led to a successful sale.

Sadly rather unprofessional, an extremely senior member of TR staff talked my confirmed buyer out of buying my house simply because she hadn’t got the sale of my house after visiting it as I had placed it with another company. This used to be a very respected company, not any more.

Highly recommended. Professional and genuine staff with a superb approach to selling. The fact that every viewing is followed up for feedback other rival estate agents should take note of. We used the Ballyhackamore branch.

Beware of selling with them

Beware of selling with them. They do not always act in the interest of the seller from my experience.
