Dodgy dealers !!! Avoid at all cost. Tried selling a few months back and a lot of things didn’t add up ! Wasn’t going to put a review as I felt bad but it’s important so I have. Apparently a lot of viewers couldn’t view ! Ridiculous and a lot of time and money wasted :(

GoogleBy far the most rude, unprofessional Estate agency that I have spoke with. When you ask them info about house during a viewing, they say "I don't know, you should call the agency" and when you call the agency "We don't know, have you ask to the person who made the visit with you?" And the last funny thing just today. They call back to see if I was interested to put an offer on a house, I said "No i'm not, but thank you" and literally hang up. Stay away from them

Probate valuation and house sale: throughout the team from the estate agent were frank about the market and what could be expected with the sale of the property. They led us through the process in an extremely helpful and professional manner, suggesting how we could best ensure the sale of the house, giving tips on presentation. In the end after many viewings the house sold for the exact amount that had been put on it for probate. We could not have asked for a better service.

Tenants beware! I Rented a house it was for sale mid way thru, the property manager said I could leave the lease early with no penalty he later back tracked on this asking for full deposit. After I pushed back and one of the MDs said it was ok it was dropped. The property manager unethically said I needed to pay full deposit because landlord requested it, the house was cleaner that when I moved and said cobwebs and water streaks on the shower asking for £300 and pressuring me to accept so I could get the remainder of the money back. I refused and won all the deposit back in a decision from TDS NI. This is the most aggressive property company I have ever worked with and I would never rent any property from them or hire them to sell my house.

GoogleTempleton Robinson is by far the most professional estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Everything from moving in to dealing with any issues promptly during the tenancy and even after we left. We got our deposit back in a timely way with no issues and have even had help from Marie-Anna when I realised I had an issue (my own fault) months after leaving the flat.
