GoogleAre they writing those reviews themselves? Worse estate agent I've ever used. Very disappointed as I grew up believing this was a very professional and respectable company only to find out that they have there own interests in front of everyone else. On a number of occasions I believe they have lied to benefit themselves. Customer service is beyond poor, calls not returned, messages put on their system to contact us of future bids not followed meaning we missed out in properties we wanted to purchase. When they are selling Prices are so far fetched which u may believe will be good for your pocket but will soon discover that people look at more than one property and can see the price differences in that area. Therefore you will get less views, and your time will be wasted and price eventually decreased to represent the true market value. I believe There are a lot more better professional agents offering better services at better value for money Do yourselves a favour and shop around. Type in award winning estate agents, you won't find this one on top of the list that's for sure.

GoogleShockingly unfair service. Called them on Friday to ask on the update of moving into our new house on Ethel Street, only to tell us we “beat them to it” and they were planning to call on Monday (2 days before the proposed move in date) to tell us they’d given the house to someone else. Now we’re forced to bunk outside Kremlin for the next 2 days!!

GoogleAbysmal service. They do not care at all. I rented a flat through them and it was a nightmare. Constant problems with oven, boiler, flat was filthy when I moved in, they sent contractors in without giving me any notice, also allowed property owner to enter without giving me any notice. Absolute disgrace & I will never use them to rent or buy property.

GoogleTold us our house application had been accepted for weeks just to turn around and say the house had been given to someone else, just 3 days before we moved out of our old house!! Now the wife, the kids and I have had to move into my mother’s 3 bed (at least the rents cheaper 🙄) …
