Tenants beware! I Rented a house it was for sale mid way thru, the property manager said I could leave the lease early with no penalty he later back tracked on this asking for full deposit. After I pushed back and one of the MDs said it was ok it was dropped. The property manager unethically said I needed to pay full deposit because landlord requested it, the house was cleaner that when I moved and said cobwebs and water streaks on the shower asking for £300 and pressuring me to accept so I could get the remainder of the money back. I refused and won all the deposit back in a decision from TDS NI. This is the most aggressive property company I have ever worked with and I would never rent any property from them or hire them to sell my house.

GoogleTo flatter an estate agent because they sold your house or you purchased a new property by means of their service, is very difficult to do, especially if you are writing an experience based on two separate occasions. A property sells itself, Templeton take care of advertising the sales BUT not without a tidy financial gain. Basically a review of Templeton, is a review of the team; they display an above and beyond approach when there is money to be made, however slowly they will address the less important properties. You're not guaranteed the minute by minute update and can lose a potential buyer from being out of the loop. I am sure that a one off sale can justify a good review but as many individuals that I have had dealings with, whom used Templeton, financially lost out, my recommendations are 2 or 3 options in preference to a sole agency. Surely Templeton would have no problem with performing better if it was aware of competition to ensure that the client is happy AND ASSURED THAT THEY RECEIVED A COMPLETE PACKAGE. Definitely an establishment for the budding landlords whom control the property market but for the normal individual, Templeton would have to up their game. No guarantee of any Jerry Maguires here.

We contacted this agent 4 times to get details of a site in helens bay. Promises that David then Michael would ring us back and after a week we gave up. I feel sorry for the vender ( mr Steele) as we intended to to make an improved offer.
