My experience with Templeton Robinson in Ballyhackamore was genuinely shocking. Brent Howell was the most unprofessional estate agent I have ever dealt with, consistently arrogant and unhelpful throughout the process. He laughed on the phone when I tried to make an offer and repeatedly failed to respond to our requests, calls, or emails without us having to chase him multiple times by text. After this experience, I genuinely struggle to understand how anyone chooses to use this agency. Terrible service from start to finish.

This is a long time coming and for that Neil and team I am incredibly sorry. Neil, Rhonda and the team were amazing from start to finish. I was only ever going to use Templeton Robinson to sell my mother's home. From the start to finish they made the process strees free as they knew the issues with a particular solicitors close by. A first class service experience

I was delighted to sell my home in BT9 with Templeton Robinson. This was the second time I've engaged them for a sale and I felt that both the team and service standards are going from strength to strength. I brought my house to market end of June and sale was completed within 12 weeks. Valuation was thorough and unlike my experience with other local estate agents, they priced the property right. High volume of viewers all co-ordinated and brought through the property by the team at Templeton. Was very impressed with the level of follow-up and feedback provided, diligence on offers and liaison with my solicitor, surveyors and the buyer. The service standard throughout ensured everything was tended to quickly and carefully. I would highly recommend Templeton Robinson.

They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you’ll do in your life and I’m afraid, in our experience, Neil and the team at Templeton Robinson Ballyhackamore did nothing to alleviate any of our stress. Transparency, professionalism and empathy are all qualities I would expect from an estate agent, but I saw none of these from TR. Whilst I understand that the team’s priority is their client, the vendor, it felt that my personal circumstances were completely disregarded and at times even exploited to make the process much more favourable for the vendor. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing through Templeton Robinson if it can be avoided.

Recently I had to sell my late Aunt's home, and if it had not been for the services of Ms. Joanne Crawford at Templeton Robinson, I would have been totally lost as to how to complete the process. On the first initial contact, Ms Crawford was more than helpful, extremely professional and an excellent communicator. Joanne took away all the stress and anxiety of what would have been a confusing and difficult process for me. Instead, Joanne acted in a very professional manner, was very proactive and provided very helpful and regular updates, and nothing was ever too much for her. Any problems or questions were dealt with immediately and efficiently and the process was completed in a very short time. Ms Crawford is a big asset to Templeton Robinson, providing an excellent first-class service, and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable friendly and very helpful. I can't find enough praise-worthy words for Ms Crawford, and she should be commended for her skills and efforts as an Estate Agent, I would recommend Templeton Robinson Ballyhackamore (as the first port of call) to anyone needing such services.
