GoogleSelling our house in Malone View could not have been easier. Templeton Robinson were fantastic from start to finish. Jo and Paddy where excellent and were very professional in explaining the house sale process and going through the options available. We were amazed at how quickly our house was sold. It took less than one week from when the 'For Sale' was erected until the sale was agreed. Amazing! The communication and advice provided throughout the process was outstanding. We would happily recommend the services of Templeton Robinson to anyone. This includes property purchases where we successfully completed two purchases in addition to selling the house at Malone View. Excellent Company. First class and very professional staff.

GoogleJoanne Crawford, at Ballyhackamore branch, is the most driven, scrupulous and immediate estate agent, I’ve met in 33 years of buying and selling property. Communicates constantly, chases up all parties and makes it all happen. Bought and sold with her. Joanne also sold the house next door. It had previously been with another agent and the owners had taken it off the market. It sold within a week, after I recommended Ms Crawford to the owners. A credit to her Profession and a role model for the industry.

Dodgy dealers !!! Avoid at all cost. Tried selling a few months back and a lot of things didn’t add up ! Wasn’t going to put a review as I felt bad but it’s important so I have. Apparently a lot of viewers couldn’t view ! Ridiculous and a lot of time and money wasted :(

The concise testimonial: This is the best agency you will find, intercontinentally. Seriously. Go here. They’re so consistent. The agents are just phenomenal. I’m sure they’re all great, but talk with Sophie Trainor if you can- she’s simply the best at her job. The less concise testimonial: It feels good to report how positive my experience has been with Templeton Robinson. I’d rented with them for the first year I lived in Belfast, and at that point, I’d promised myself that I’d only rent or buy with them as they were noticeably the best agency I’d come across in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Paris, and London combined. The agents who work here are consistently the most trustworthy and professional, not to mention sincerely patient and kind. Foolishly, I broke my promise and (without naming any rival agencies) was disappointed; they are not all created equal. Today, this disappointment has only further emphasised just to what extent the staff of this company is superior. I’ve recently been dealing with Sophie, and was compelled to write a review purely based on the fact that she is the best agent I’ve ever met. She’s so dedicated and genuine that she stands out, even in a vocation where an efficient and personable disposition is essential.

GoogleI'm content for the most part with how the agent has handled the sale of my house. It's not a standard house in that it's Victorian and large. Therefore it will appeal to a smaller share of the market who loves old houses with all that goes with them. I'm specifically referring to large rooms with high ceilings and doors, marble fireplaces and cast iron fireplaces, and a wide turning staircase that goes on and on.

Probate valuation and house sale: throughout the team from the estate agent were frank about the market and what could be expected with the sale of the property. They led us through the process in an extremely helpful and professional manner, suggesting how we could best ensure the sale of the house, giving tips on presentation. In the end after many viewings the house sold for the exact amount that had been put on it for probate. We could not have asked for a better service.
