Bought new house where Sherry Fitz are the selling agent. They were on to me every week till the contracts were signed and after that, you will be lucky to get a reply. Never communicated about upgrade option, as a result, I now need to pay more if I want things changed because they didn't do their job. Typical "Big Company" with no sense of responsibility towards customers... There are better agents out there who will sell, let and manage your property 100 times better than Sherry Fitz so AVOID!!!

If you are renting, you are legally entitled to the FULL rental history of the property. it must include every past rental and not just the last one.. This should be given by the estate agent BEFORE you move in. Then contact the RTB to verify all information is correct. Your rent should not have risen all through 2017 or during Covid restrictions 2020. Any rent between December 24th to July 2021 could only rise by a maximum of 4% annually. The 4% rule for RPZ has now been replaced and they can not add 4% since July 2021. Check RTB.ieFor rent increases.Failure to supply the FULL rental history is a breach of tenants rights and RPZ rules.Get a solicitor or threshold to check over your lease agreement and check what your legal rights are as a tenant and what your landlord is legally required to provide. Always know your rights and use the law as it should be

We used SherryFitzgerald to manage our rental property in D8 for 2 years. During the period, they inspected the property 4 times and told us it was all ok to be re-let. However on my own inspection I found serious water damage in 3 area that were totally ignored and cost 1000’s to put right. After a complaint was raised and followed up, nothing was admitted so we fired them! They are incompetent and just want to churn properties. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

GoogleIf I could have used no stars, I would have. They say moving house can be one of the most stressful things a person does in their life. In my experience Simon Brien haven't really help the situation. For a business that is meant to be customer focused, we didn't exactly get that feeling. Viewed a house and the agent in charge was called Ciara. She wasn't exactly very warming but maybe it was because it was the last viewing of the evening and she wanted to get home. She was extremely cryptic when it came to discussing any offers on the property. For a 1st time buying couple it can be a daunting experience and its not as if you are taught about the property buying business/process anywhere in life. No offers we were told but she keep alluding to this over the price figure that someone has made but its not an offer. 2 weeks on and us chasing Simon Brien, we were no further forward. Any time we spoke with Ciara, it was the same story, yours is the only offer but remember someone has put forward x amount but its not an offer. We even got friends to call up and inquire, and again ours was the only offer listed. So we have bowed out of this process and the search continues. Here's hoping we don't come across anymore Simon Brien properties.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Rented me an apartment with dog urine ava mold everywhere. Very slow to fix things during the tenancy. Kept my deposit at end for no reason.
