Took an apartment on rent from them. Before handing over the key the have collected the rent even. We were asked is it ready for moving, they said yes. Unfortunately heaters are not working and this people saying they're not responsible for maintenance. Still we believe that final check is their responsibility. We didn't see such an unprofessional service in our life. Checked some reviews and saw one in same scenario. Looks they are not interest on renting.. Edit : Read the reply from them, they're still stating that I might be addressed them by mistake.. Lol 😂 If collection of rent upfront is their practice, but checking all functions are not 🚫... Lovely...

if you're ever asked by a landlord for references from previous housemates and previous landlords, ask for the same thing right back off them and I bet you'd get a shocking response. at a time when people are struggling to find homes you'd think landlords would have a little bit more empathy towards renters but doesn't seem to be the case. after moving out the landlord tried to accuse us of thousands of pounds worth of damages that we had to pay for, but never seemed to have any proof or pictures of this??? must have thought we'd have just let him get away with it and pay it but I'm not that person..... seemed more like a tactic to get a free washing machine and fridge by the sounds of it. the toilet seat was also broken when we moved in & the landlord replaced it only to accuse us of replacing it without permission at the end of the tenancy.. faked an invoice for cleaning which came from his relative? with a company name that has no record of existing anywhere, and an address that doesn't exist either...not suspicious at all? hoping Rodgers and Finney reconsider choices of landlords and do more to protect their tenants rights and property, as I bet we're not the first to be hit like this for fake damages. Tenants, take pics of everything!!!

Tamara at Rodgers Residential has managed my apartments for quite a while now & is a true gem. I find Tamara extremely organised, helpful, courteous & a pleasure to to do business with. Most unprofessional Estate agents I have ever dealt with, put 2 offers on a house, phoned Thursday to find out what was happening, and no one called me back, seen property pal on Saturday and the house was sale agreed, It's now Tuesday and still no communication It's now Friday over a week and still no communication, even though I had phoned again and left a message for someone to phone me. worst experience ive ever had with a private rent agency.

very bad company to rent with. dont help with problems in the rented house, dont ever respond. and dont care about your well being untill they want there rent. after getting it they clear off for another month. NATASHA RODGERS ESPICALLY, very very rude woman. woman thinks she has it all when really she cant even get a bloody email right. disgraceful behaviour from her attitude and also told me to 'hire my own plumber' when there pipes burst. also TRIED to take MY DEPOSIT off me and hand IT ALL TO MY EX. ILLEGAL.
