Their employees have communication problems. We left notes to the responsible persons because they were not at the office. They never called us back. We emailed the person we had been advised, but he never responded. If this company can hire or sell any property, any company can do it as well! I blacklisted this company. I will never work with them.

GoogleVery poor estate agents who do little or nothing when it comes to help with repairs etc. Will not help the tenant and always side with incompetent landlords. I highly recommend you avoid dealing with this company.
Hi Adam, having not been our tenant for over 6 months this seems like an odd review to leave. Apologies you may feel disgruntled as the Landlord wished to take his property back, unfortunately we only manage property and can't control what actions Landlords take with their own houses. Me and my co-applicant have been searching for a property to rent in Belfast for the past few weeks and we had been in contact with Rodgers Residential regarding a few of the properties they had advertised. My co-applicant had been to view a few. They seemed eager to get the money off us before we had even viewed the contract, which according to themselves is 'confidential' until you have placed a substantial deposit. However, after researching we had understood that deposits were not to be paid until the contract has been made available to the proposed tenants. The staff of this agency very clearly have a severe lack of professionalism. This not only comes across in their emails, but also over the phone. My co-applicant had been called by the agency 2 times while she was in work, where she was unable to take the phone call. However, according to the lack of response they had received from us, they took it upon themselves to decide that they were not the right agency for us. We had not been informed of this and had I not rang them this afternoon I do not think we would have been informed at all, judging by the very blunt, rude attitude that I was addressed with by James over the phone. Their service is ridiculously bad and unprofessional and we wouldn't recommend this agency to anyone looking for property in the Belfast area. To us, they seem to only care about getting their money, because they certainly do not care about their applicants. If there was an option for a zero star rating for this agency, we would most certainly be choosing that.

GoogleVery unprofessional, racist & arrogant. Never seen an estate agent like this, booked a viewing for the apartment first they came in late, without any excuse and came in with an attitude.
Hi Faiz, Our agent was at the property at 3pm for an open viewing as planned. Apologies you found yourself 20 minutes early for the appointment, unfortunately, as the property is tenanted and we had other appointments to fulfil prior to this one we couldn't accommodate you at 2.40pm. There was already a couple viewing, plus 2 tenants, and the agent making 5 people in a three room apartment, when you were asked if you wouldn't mind waiting outside whilst the couple had finished viewing, you were extremely aggressive towards the agent, and to everyone’s horror, you had an obscene outburst of profanity and stormed off. I appreciate you were obviously disgruntled at having to show courtesy to the couple viewing first but our agents should not have to be abused in this manner. GoogleUseless People! Rented their property for a year had issues there which they never fixed and at the end of the tenancy they took out a lot of my deposit! Was never able to contact one responsible person. Wouldn't advise such a Real Estate Agency.
