Rodgers Residential provided an outstanding service selling my apartment in Belfast. From start to finish, the whole process was streamlined and stress-free. Communication was brilliant throughout and I always felt informed and never had to chase for updates. The property was advertised really well, with excellent photos and a video, which I'm sure helped attract the right buyers quickly. The owner, James, personally handled most of the process, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the Belfast/North Down area.

Absolute disrespect from the agency, very poor level of service. The property was not prepared and does not meet basic standards. The flat is completely different from the advert, which is considered misleading. Avoid this agency at all costs. We received written confirmation that the viewing was on Wednesday at 9:30 a.m., but no one was there. Only after I called was I told it would take place on Thursday. This was very inconvenient for us, especially with a small child. When we attended the rescheduled viewing on Thursday, the property was in very poor condition compared to the advert: mould in the shower, dirty carpets, stained sofa, rubbish inside, and one room not even accessible. The flat did not match the photos online and was not presented in a suitable state for potential tenants, especially at £825 per month. this is terrible

Recently changed accomodatiom and ended up letting through Rodgers Residential. They were excellent throughout the whole process, with a special mention to the very helpful and patient Cole who communicated everything quickly and made the process seamless. The 3rd party referencing system was quite detailed but from the first viewing to getting the keys in under a week we were delighted and thankful for Rodgers Residential and would recommend them to anyone looking to rent accommodation in Belfast. Natasha Rodgers go to therapy

Natasha called the police on me for leaving her a bad review. I wonder if she called the police on all the people who left her a bad review? Her former business partner told me she is racist and treats brown people like this all the time. She sent me the most aggressive and disrespectful email I have ever read. She has absolutely no tact and spends more time making up excuses as to why everyone hates her rather than fixing her terrible business practices. She is a keyboard warrior. She spends more time defending her horrible behavior than helping her tenants. She eats all day and talks crap. This is not an agent. She is terrible to work with at a home owner and a tenant. She lets properties become dilapidated and makes up lies to steal money from good tenants. I am in the process of suing her for racism and bullying.

I rate Rodgers Residential as 'Simply the Best' Estate Agent there is. I sold my own home, through Natasha Rodgers and her excellent sales team, they made the entire process from the initial valuation through all the back to back viewings and then the legalities, super fast efficient and seamless. Throughout the case Phil McVitty specifically demonstrated exemplary professionalism and went above and beyond to service the needs of both the vendor and myself as buyer. While looking for a new build home, I came across Alia from Rodgers Residential. From the first moment I spoke with her she couldn’t have been nicer. From start to finish I had the best experience with R&F. Phil is an absolute gent who handled the sale of my first home very efficiently and couldn't have helped more when responding to my emails and requests for more viewings. Alia is like a breath of fresh air, she took me to review the house two days prior to sale completion and I had the best experience with her, not only was she bubbly and a pleasure to be around but she helped me bounce ideas for my new home and got me all hyped up and excited. Alia is amazing at keeping the spark of buying alive. I was chuffed to pieces to pick up my keys and alia to hand me the cutest teapot as a present, the little touches had a big impact. honestly avoid like the plague. kirsty Finney is a thief and a disgrace. deposit was never secured. landlord was never registered. house was disgusting. none of the badly needed damages got repaired. only reason deposit was given back was with threats of taking them to court. I am only writing this to warn others because instead of repairing the roof and boiler and all the other problems they have now wacked the rent up and put it back on the market. the extent of the issues of the house in no way could have been fixed in the couple of weeks the house has been empty. please do your research on any house you're thinking of renting and make sure you do all your checks because they don't care!!

Horrible company to deal with. every question we asked and problem we wanted fixed was ignored, told they would call us back but never did! Sandra is patronising and horrible to deal with, everything was our fault and we where made to seem like we where the problem even though we made improvements to the house and fixed problem areas. Had to leave the apparent due to a horrible rising damp issues in the bedroom and mold all overr the place that was causing health issues for me and my partner, only to be told that we have to clean up the mold ourselves and put our onw health at risk just to be able to leave. Apsalut disgrace. I hope yous are proud of yourselves that you've made a young couples first house a hellish experience!

We’ve been in our new place just over two months now (apologies I haven’t reviewed sooner) and getting on with the joys or decorating and weekends of DIY. Ryan at Rodgers and Finney was brilliant in getting us to this point. Right from the first viewing he was on it. Easy to get in touch with, quick in responding to any and all queries. Helped us through each step of the process and was in constant contact, touching base with solicitors making sure they had all they needed.
