TrustpilotProperty management
If I could give it a zero I would Property management on fully managed let USELESS…… save your money Go to a company which actually manages a property The list is endless …… inspections not carried out properly, rent increases not done, no action taken for 6 months on a child safety issue , damage in property not investigated, emails not responded to …. Rubbish rubbish company

TrustpilotReeds Rains ilford
Reeds Rains - Ilford, Cranbrook roadExtremely unpleasant to deal with. I had been calling every single day for a week regarding a rental property advertised to be told someone will call back. However no one ever did. I called yesterday complaining to Bernard, the branch manager emphasising the lack of customer service. He also told me he will call me back. To no surprise i did not get a call back. Called in to find more excuses and then was being told what and how to leave a review. I stated i wanted to complain and i was told to send the complain to the person i would be filing the complaint against! LoL! I have never come across such a counter intuitive demand before. DO NOT use these guys. They have such a disgusting attitude. Anyone wanting to rent out their property, do NOT use them. They do not care about whether your property needs to be rented out or not. This could very well have been a happy landlord whose property has been rented. However it is not the case due to this embarassing property agents and the manner in which they deal with customers. I will be taking this further to HR or MD. I am leaving review on every platform to raise awareness. Stay well away from these guys!

TrustpilotPoor service
Poor service. Refused to let potential buyers view . Later discovered our agent and buyer were related . How unprofessional, all actions fell into place discovered the motif that they were determined who would be buying our property. Would definitely not use this hull branch or recommend

TrustpilotWoodseats Sheffield Branch
Jordan, Harley and the whole team were amazing from start to finish. They took care of everything including dealing with difficult property managers and tenants at the end of a tenancy to making sure we had someone to clean and refresh the property before sale. We can't thank them enough for making sure our house sale went through and a property that's been in our family for generations went to someone who would love it.

TrustpilotHappy Landlord
I spoke to Reeds Rains after having my property on the market with 2 other agents for 7 weeks and no luck. Elliot gave me an up to date valuation and went on to let my property within a week. Whilst they are more expensive than the other agents, there is a reason why. I've actually ended up saving more money by paying a premium for a top estate agent and letting the property straight away rather than having it sitting there empty for months on end. Can't recommend them enough.

TrustpilotOutstanding
From start to finish, Reeds Rains Carrrickfergus provided a service that exceeded all my expectations despite the current COVID-19 restrictions and the challenges facing us during this pandemic.Their communication was timely and clear throughout, keeping everything on track as far as both selling my property and purchasing my new home (luckily, and thankfully they were the agent for both my sale and purchase). I thank and commend Lynsey, Chris, Karen and Lisa. I found them professional, dedicated and committed to me as a client - nothing was ever too much trouble and I was always made to feel as if I was the most important client. Without a doubt they are best estate agent I have ever dealt with, going above and beyond (which just seems to be the norm for them). I would highly recommend them , and if you are thinking of selling or purchasing then look no further.

TrustpilotHouse sale
A huge thank you to Reeds Rains staff in Sale who dealt with the sale of my late mum’s house. In particular, Mandy, Rebecca, Pasquale and Alex could not have been more efficient, professional and very helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them and as a complete novice in this field, their help and expertise was hugely appreciated. Thank you all.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
Tell us what you need and we'll put you in touch. Reeds Rains (Ormeau) hasn't joined The Trusted Agent yet, so we'll pass your enquiry to them or to up to three other top-rated agents near Belfast.
