I have tried to purchase a property through this agent over the last 9 months sold my property twice and still not managed to buy the property lost my house sale because the buyers got fed up of waiting so finally pulled out just had enough.

Sam was brilliant from start to finish. We demanded a lot and asked a lot of questions which he answered in good time! We had some problems with timings of our move in date but Sam was always helping us and was honest in what information he gave us. Would definitely recommend!

This is my first time with an estate agent. I was anxious but once I started getting views I was less anxious. I was told the property would get sold however I was getting impatient and was about to give up. When I got the call to say I got a buyer and it was a guarantee. Well I was so happy that they were true to their word that they would get it sold.

GoogleGreat choice for first time buyers! Before checking with them I had looked at properties from other Estate Agencies and they all were nowhere near as competent professional as Grainne Reihill from the Ormeau Road office of Reeds Rains in Belfast. She got all of my questions answered and I never felt rushed during the whole process. Also she worked very closely and efficiently with me when I was looking to have a survey carried out at a property - that all was done within a day. Also there were never any hidden fees and I never felt as if they were out for a quick sale only. In my opinion Reeds Rains seem to care a great deal about the customers experience.

Still at the early stages of the process but I cannot fault the attention and courtesy shown by all staff that I have seen and spoken to. If there is any criticism I can make it would be the fixed price fee of the agent. If I could explain further, I wanted to handle all viewings but there was no reduction of the fee offered knowing that the cost to them for handling the viewing would incur agent’s time and fuel which would be a saving to them.

We rented through this agency, and even though some of the employees are nice, there are some that are very bad-mannered also.The keys were kept even though the landlord gave the okay 5 hours ahead. The keys were not handed at the property but at the agency.The landlord requested for the agency to submit meeters and a contract, but neither was handed in.In the end, the landlord cut the collaboration for the property off too.

Our landlord decided to change from Reeds Rains to a local agent. Reeds managed to mistakenly inform the utility companies that we had moved out so they tried to cancel our accounts. We were nearly left with no electricity or water. Utterly unapologetic when asked about it. They have been useless in the 10 years we’ve been renting through them, thank goodness our landlord is great.
