GoogleMartin (and Alan) worked extremely hard to make our sale as smooth as possible. We had 16 viewers and the sale went through £15k over our asking price so we are very thankful to the hard work of those as Reeds Rains for facilitating that! Excellent!! Jane (Reddish branch) managed to find me some great tenants for a newly renovated house in Manchester. The photos were taken to an excellent standard and Jane created me a short list of great applicants and then ultimately found the best tenants within a couple of weeks. I’m really pleased with the outcome. Will definitely use again 😁

Tried to sell my house through the Woodseats (Sheffield) branch. They gave me a high valuation. Then, they didn't show it to a single person and blamed it on the high valuation. A deliberate ploy to get the marketing fees etc? I reckon so.
