I’m a absolutely delighted after reading all these reviews that my old landlord has chosen Reeds Rains to market his property. I truly hope that he gets the tenants and the service that he justly deserves. It has made me so happy. Well done.

GoogleVery grateful for all the help and advice from Martin Armstrong at Reeds Rains. He was very professional and caring throughout the sale of my mother’s house, always keeping us up to date over what was happening. Also recommended an excellent solicitor and a cleaner, he made the whole process very smooth especially as I was abroad and difficult to contact. Thanks for your patience.

TrustpilotMaria
Maria - the lady that makes things happen. From the get go to now, it just seemed like we were both working towards thesame goal. Sometimes it seemed like she was the one buying the house and not me.She was persistent and made sure it happened as quick as possible. Her names Maria, she makes it happen!

TrustpilotVery good service. Very pleased.
We recently moved into a city centre apartment. The process of signing the contract and moving in was pretty stress free especially considering the whole corona situation. Ryan answered all our questions as best to his knowledge and even was able to move us in a day earlier than agreed, so that it would coincide with the bank holiday. Very good service. Very pleased.

TrustpilotThe staff at Reeds Rains are an extremely professional team.
The team are all very professional, especially the manager at the Quay branch. The shop space is in a prominent location so there were lots of viewings, in addition to the online service which led to offers with a quick sale. I am very pleased with their performance.

We found those we dealt with courteous and helpful at all times. On one occasion we had someone attend for a viewing who we hadn't been informed about. But this might not have been the fault of the office. Overall very happy with the service.

TrustpilotOssett branch wakefield
Ossett branch wakefield. Offered asking price for a property never heard from agent back. I rang over a week later to ask about feedback ,they said they had higher offer amd accepted never even asked us if we wanted to offer more. lost the house we wanted. very poor agent if you are buying or selling a house.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
