TrustpilotPoor property management
Privately renting a property with several maintenance issues reported on the day of moving in, which is now nearly eight months ago. Not one issue has been resolved even though there is a health and safety risk. Total lack of care, response and communication from both the local and head office.Poor property management.

TrustpilotThanks Tara (Catford branch, London)
Tara from the Catford branch (in SE London) was excellent selling our property - very knowledgeable about the local property market, quick, efficient and great communications all along the way, including some tricky negotiations. Plus a competative price - I would definintely reccommend her and Reeds Rains Catford.

TrustpilotCongratulations to Reeds Rains
All staff are pleasent, friendly and deal with customers in a thoroughly proffessional manner. Numerous viewings wre arranged and it was no reflection on any staff member that two (cash buyers) withdrew their offers. A new (cash buyer) was found and the sale process is progressing well.

TrustpilotVery helpful
Not actually used these yet but from speaking with agents and getting lots of free advice (when I’m tied to another estate agents) has been an absolute godsend. When someone can give out advice on selling your house when you arnt even with them says a lot about a company. I have never used them to sell my house but I 100% will in the future!

TrustpilotAnother smooth transaction
Stacey Moss gave us good support during the sale of a rental property. The transaction went through without any drama. We have used RR several times and would use again.

TrustpilotHouse Purchase
I recently purchased a property with the help of Reeds Rains Rhyl along with the support of Matt Lewis from Embrace Financial Solutions who is based in the office. Derry and Tom in particular were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure my purchase was as straight forward and stress free as possible.

GoogleProfessional staff who handled the sale of my property and updated me every step of the way. I would recommend the Ballyhackamore Branch and I have to mention Martin Armstrong as he could not have been any more helpful. I will definitely be using this branch again.

What right do you have telling everyone in our street we have sold our house. We wanted it kept quiet. I am checking to see if I can sue for breach of personal information

TrustpilotWalderslade branch
I only whish I had red all the negative reviews about Reeds Rains before I enstructed them to sell my property. It now seems those reviews are all about Walderslade branch.I also whish that if they need to sell their own house they will go with their own agency and receive the same level of service and waste as much time and nerves as I did.

TrustpilotReply from Reeds Rains on my trustpilot review but don't be fooled, nothing happened since the reply
Reply from Reeds RainsHi Katie. Sorry this has been your experience. I'll raise with the branch. ThanksNothing has been done, more emails sent and still no reply! Spoken to tennant & they confirmed they expected new amount to be taken but you've not done your job at your end. Absolute joke of a company
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
