Arranged to have an house valued they arranged an appointemnt and time, then confirmed it.waited in and no one turned up. I rang the Ossett branch who had arranged it all and they did not have my appointment in the diary, the woman who answered the phone on Saturday morning was also very unprofessional . As they say first impressions count and in this case it was not very good. Went with another more professional company

He was punctual, friendly and his expertise of the local area, combined with our property meant that we got a realistic valuation of our house in its current condition. Reeds Rains Congleton have just sold my property and I would highly recommend the service. They were very professional from the beginning, offering different marketing strategies to suit my needs. They got me an asking price above the guide and above my expectations. The sale went through with the help of the sales team and although there were some difficulties along the way, nothing was too much trouble.

Reeds Rains Chester le Street have given me fantastic service. I have remortgaged through their financial advisor Rachael Bolam and she was professional, knowledgeable and made the whole process easy while saving me money to boot. They are also currently marketing my property for sale, the photos are superb as are the staff on the office who are really proactive and good at keeping us updated. Would recommend them to friends and family without a doubt.
