TrustpilotThe St Helens branch
The St Helens branch have been extremely helpful throughout the entire process of me finding a new rental property, I was updated at every stage. I have spoken to several different agents over the last few weeks and it was nice to speak to an agent who actually cared.

TrustpilotExcellent Service…
I have recently bought a house from Reed Rains in Ossett. The solicitors, I and the Vendor employed were very slow. Dan in the Ossett branch went above and beyond his remit, liasing with the Vendor, obtaining documents to push the Sale through. I would no hesitation in buying from Dan and the Ossett branch again.

Bad communication with stupid procedure. i didnt have problems with different agencies and i dont know why they making it so hard to make a deal with them. dont buy/rent with them!!!
Dear Greg,Unfortunately our referencing is dealt with by an external company and the procedure and criteria is set by them. We explained the procedure to you in order to avoid you paying fees which would have been non-refundable in the event of the referencing being declined. If you wish to discuss any further, please get in touch. Ian Jordan, Letting Manager.
