I suggest to stay away from these Ladies, of course if you want to avoid problems. If more people will tell about their experience, one day they will change their unprofessional behavior. At first glance, they are pretty good in decorations and they have nice tastes when it's time to pair colors, blankets or pillows. The basics then totally miss: heating, hot water, safety. Safety means that the main door can be locked in a manner that blocks tenants outside. Or leaks that become cracks, that produce dust or concrete that you breath. Or a gate that can never be closed. And the deposit is never secured: I fought like a lion to get it back. Once you pay it, remember that you should receive an email or an sms from Tds or another agency like them. Do not trust in the documents you get from Property People. The positive aspect is that one day the nightmare ends. Hopefully they will not continue to cheat others. I think someone should intervene to regulate real estate agencies there. They are predators of new students and professionals arriving.

I have never had a worse experience with any agencies, ever, and I was a student. Please save yourself the stress and upset. They work hard to make the properties look like decent places and are helpful and forthcoming, UNTIL you sign the contract. Then, every encounter I have had since, the agents are unhelpful, disinclined and on top of it, rude, with serious delusions of adequacy - and that is if you can even get a hold of them. Issues get pasted over (literally and figuratively) but never actually get 'repaired'. They cut corners where they can and have a 'handy man' who isn't any better than what you could do yourself to fix things. The housing quality is far below sub par, our particular property has a mouse infestation, a broken front door and our post gets stolen regularly. Everything gets painted nicely then falls apart the moment you move in. DON'T DO IT.

Anyone and everyone that has the sense about them will go with property people!! The amount of effort that Delia in particular went to to get us a house that suited our preferences perfectly. The professionalism and friendliness that we experienced was on a different level than any other letting agency we have been with. Some seriously rude, negligent and unprofessional people work here. Had serious issue with one of the agents over a small issue, stubbornness and ignorant emails caused major conflict that made me decide to leave their house let and find other company, I wouldnt recommend them.

I was renting a house through this company in the years 2014-2016. It was the worst renting experience ever - I was being lied to, my fault reports were being ignored, and at the end of the contract they tried to charge me completely unreasonable fees for cleaning even though I left the house in a much better state than it had been at the point of my moving in.

Rescheduled our viewing 15 minutes before it happened, which caused us to miss the only house we wanted from them and then when we arrived to the next viewing they had us wait 36 minutes before taking us for a viewing, all houses do not look the same in real life as seen online.

Absolutely horrible agency (Belfast). Myself and the other 4 tennants that I live with have been ringing constantly for the past two months about broken locks on the doors and the water tap is not working correctly and hasn't been since we moved in. We are being completely ignored and it is so disrespectful. Will never deal with property people again. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Unprofessional liars.
