GoogleSuper friendly and knowledgeable Nicolaus readily made himself available to answer clearly and fully all queries and follow ups. Moving forward with any future valuations or property survey issues I’ll be sure to use Property People, in particular Nicolaus, as I have had nothing but good experiences to date.

GoogleFinbarr from Property People was the best part of our moving process, he kept in touch, responded quickly and was so helpful throughout. Moving is a stressful business but Finbarr was always available to help and push everyone along. Really highly recommend

GoogleI have house shared multiple places with different agents and this really isnt worth the hassle. Tenants chosen just to fill rooms and no consideration to the existing tenants. Some of us have standards and rubbish would be just thrown anywhere by some tenants, no cleaning, no assigning of cupboards or shelves to tenants etc. free for all. At times it felt like reporting things through the correct procedures and nothing was being actioned. Covid is no longer an acceptable excuse for items to not be repaired instantly or maintenance to be carried out

FacebookApplied for a home went and viewed it, got shortlisted one in three, was told the landlord was wanting more questions of all applications processed, chased the estate agent for those questions to be told that he got the go ahead to contact my references to let them know to be handy for the call. Next day got a call, I was unsuccessful then I found out that my references hadn’t been contacted at all. My application was not processed fairly at all! Everything I was told would happen didn’t seems they knew who was getting the house . I have 3 children it wasn’t a want for me but a need. Nearly 2 weeks after the viewing I was chasing the estate agent for updates. When I challenged this I was told I was looking someone to blame, not good at responding , emails all ignored since, Won’t be using them again!

GoogleCannot recommend property people enough! Dealt with Delia and the girls in the North& West branch and have to say they were excellent in every way. Delia went out of her way to help us find the perfect property and also to get us moved in on time. The staff are highly professional but friendly and genuine.

GoogleThank you Niamh. I am in a stressful situation as my landlord changes the letting agent. The new letting agent sent us an email to terminate all of our contract earlier or they want to increase the rent. I was frightened. I phoned and emailed Niamh and she sorted out the problem in one morning. I have worked with her twice and thank you for her professional. FacebookI would totally recommend property people to any young professional. I was a bit apprehensive doing a room rental but with property people I was shown plenty of nice properties when I contacted them for viewings. I found the right one for me and my budget and I fit into the house well. There was cleaning rota organised between the housemates and there was never any bother. I stayed for 10 months total and in that time had 2 sets of full occupancy of different people and I got on with everyone. If you wanted to keep yourself you could do so with no judgements and if you wanted to have a chat and get to know each other you could as well. I ended up making some great friends as well! When I needed any help or repairs done an email was swiftly replied to and everything was sorted. They were extremely accommodating during the first lock down as well so yeah couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you Niamh & Finbarr
