DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE !!!! My daughter and her partner started renting last September the property is riddled with damp My daughter is constantly sick because of this . Always phoning the property agent to get things fixed they never turn up when they say they will .This is there first time renting as a young couple and they are getting totally taken advantage of .

I have been renting with property people for about 8 years throughout this time any issues i have had all i needed to do was pick up the phone explain the situation and they were on the ball getting it sorted, all the staff are so lovely and friendly, i would highly recommend anyone looking to rent or even buy to go see these guys they know there stuff

Fantastic experience from start to finish. All can be done electronically, but personally preferred to sign the final agreement in person. The staff at the north and west office were excellent and Delia and Adrian in particular went above and beyond their jobs. I've had a number of letting agencies in the past and property people ni are by far the best around. Highly recommended!

Going to finish just 3 months tenancy with propertypeople. Had to live without a washing machine for about two weeks so far. The problem is a faulty start switch which got jammed 3 times so far and no one knows a permanent solution for this. It takes many days for the engineer to come and adjust the switch, thanks to the preprogrammed reason COVID. Thanks for attending the problem of falling tiles within the shower unit after two weeks and in good condition.

Couldn't recommend Property People more. First time moving out and was given the usual warnings about moving in with people I don't know. However it was the best decision I made. From the minute I submitted my application I was well taken care of. I was met by a lovely girl called Niamh who not only showed me the house I had applied for but also a few others in the area within my budget. The same day I made my mind up on the house I wanted and I haven't had an issue. The room was lovely, the other tennants are the best I could have asked for. We don't really have any issues in regards to anything going wrong in the house but when we have needed anything looked at those at Property People organised everything promptly. Huge thank you to all the staff at Property People for making my first time moving so seamlessly smooth!

Don’t waste your time. I’ve taken time off work on 2 occasions now to do viewings with Property People. They left me on read when I was at the property waiting then lied about waiting outside for me. Complete time wasters!
