GooglePoor communication especially toward end of lease, a final inspection was carried out before tenancy ended so landlord could check condition of house. Told house was in good shape only a normal house clean was required, hit with heavy deduction from deposit despite this. At beginning of lease a check list was provided to us which in no way represented the condition of the house whatsoever, clear update needed on condition of their properties.

Contrary to some of the comments ,they are quite rightly very particular in relation to the state of their properties and ensure any repairs or problems are addressed promptly. The staff are generally very much on top of things.The service is professional yet with a human touch. Sarah,Sophie and Jamie are very easy to work with.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleTook a £1200 deposit, so we "secured the house". 2 weeks later after they were off a week over the bank holiday of July the 12th, they told us we didn't have the house. "Because we aren't 3 doctors", who got the offer. We were 2 doctors and a PHD researcher... Not good enough to live on the Malone road apparently... But good enough to "hold" our deposit for 3 weeks. AVOID

GoogleAbsolutely awful. Please do not use them. Mould in the house and we were charged for its removal. Informed it was our fault for not leaving windows open!!!! Try the house was bloody damp!!!! I cannot urge you enough not to use their service. Had in excess of 20 viewings WHILE we were still in the house. Massive invasion of privacy and often without 24 hours notice. They are frighteningly awful

GoogleWe had to contact Property Link on a weekly basis for several months to get our shower fixed. We were told several half-truths about parts being ordered which were later contradicted. I had a similar experience trying to get my completely spent mattress replaced until a replacement eventually arrived - second hand and dirty. It seems Property Link are just another company in Belfast taking advantage of students.

GoogleJamie showed us round the property and was more than welcoming and very professional. He knew about the property and was able to answer all questions we had to ask. The turnaround time from submitting our application to receiving a response was fast and great. Would highly recommend and will be using Property Link for future rentals!

GoogleTHIS IS THE WORST AGENCY EVER!!! they really don't care at all about you they just take money and they don't care about you ...VERY CARELESS they are nicely polish you about property but finally they provide worst property I advise you do not go through them otherwise you will be trouble I WISH I CAN GIVE THEM HALF STAR

GoogleI am out almost £200 because they couldn't even submit a tenancy form on time. There have also forgot to give us notice multiple times of work being done to the house. Apart from these issues they have been fine and the staff are polite, but that doesn't make up for the hassle these issues have caused.

GoogleProperty link staff is always really nice and helpfull. I have my house rented with them and never had any problem. Every time I needed any kind of repair they fixed for me on a blink of an eye! All the complaints that I read here are obviously people that never bother to read their contracts..

GoogleTerrible company. Tried to take a ridiculous amount off a deposit for a property that was left cleaner than when I moved in. Also spoke to me like I was dirt on their shoe when I tried to make my case. I recommend avoiding them at all costs, do not give them your business.

GoogleThis company are the best rental company i’ve been with yet, I honestly can’t understand these bad reviews... They are so helpful, professional and honest...they couldn’t have been nicer people either - don’t risk any of these other cowboys out there, Property Link is the only way to go 👍🏻

GoogleDo not rent with this company! They do not lift a finger to fix anything unless you bombard them with calls and emails. They chose to ignore our faulty shower for 6 weeks. The shower would either scald or freeze your skin leaving us to shower at the gym or friends houses.
