Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants. Definitely worth paying for a management of the property to take the stress out of managing and carrying out those vital checks. They have many years experience and very professional to deal with and recommend very highly.
