I've recently rented an apartment from Nicholas Residential and it's was a very smooth process. We viewed the apartment with Paul and he was eager to answer all our questions. They've a great portal through propertyfile that holds the tenancy details and documents so it's been very easy to access them and e-sign everything. We also got this thoughtful welcome pack when we moved it.
