Been a tenant with a property managed by Nicholas Residential. Throughout my tenancy, Mark Nicholas demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and genuine care, qualities that are often rare to find in property management. Mark was always approachable and incredibly responsive, no matter the time of day. Whenever an issue arose, he ensured it was dealt with promptly and effectively, keeping clear communication between the landlord and us at every stage. His proactive approach meant that we always felt supported and well taken care of as tenants. What truly set Nicholas Residential apart, though, was the personal touch. When it came time for us to move out, Mark even went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage, a small gesture that reflected the level of dedication and kindness he brings to his work. I can confidently say that Nicholas Residential is one of the most professional and trustworthy letting agencies I’ve dealt with. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, transparent, and genuinely pleasant renting experience.

We had just moved back to Northern Ireland after living in Greece for 5 years, so the standard requirements like last three months UK pay slips and various things more UK centric were a challenge to provide, we didn't really fit the standard requirements. We also had an urgent need to get a rental agreed very quickly as my wife had secured a job and we needed to move back ASAP and get set up. Thomas and the team understood the situation and worked with us outside of the standard parameters. We were able to evidence finances in other ways and prove that we were a strong and safe candidate for a rental. Many letting companies stuck rigidly to what the form required and their normal rules, which was leaving us really stuck. We agreed on a great property within a couple of days, got the keys a day later and moved in at the start of the following week!! My wife and I cannot thank Thomas and the team enough for going the extra mile for us. This is a company who will listen and help you, something unfortunately becoming more rare these days. Bravo Nicolas Residential, 5 stars!

2023: Paul was very considerate and helpful when we explained the urgency of our situation and was able to help us secure this wonderful apartment. Jonathan was able to answer all our questions and help us through the deposit/agreement process.Appreciate nicholas residential in being very supportive in helping us secure our first rental apartment in the UK. Highly recommend this team! 2025: Unfortunately i had to vacate the flat as i moved out of Belfast. Really appreciate the support provided by Jonathan, Paul and the Nicholas Residential Team. Amazing flat and many fond memories of the beautiful country! Hope to buy a flat like this one in the future! Highly recommend the flat from my 2 year stay. A view that will take you away from your daily troubles.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Nicholas Residential and Jonathan in particular. Jonathan is the best estate agent I have ever worked with, I can easily say it as it was my third selling- purchasing move. From the start I was amazed by professionalism but also personalised service and approach what is just perfect combination. Photos taken and advertisement was at such a high level and standard. He was always happy to provide honest and professional advice. Nothing was ever a problem to Jonathan, good communication and just friendly approach and service. I couldn't have been happier with the service from Nicholas Residential when buying my first home. Jonathan consistently went over and above what would ever have been expected from an estate agent throughout the buying process. From facilitating additional viewings of the property in very short time frames to ironing out queries with management company which should have been picked up by solicitors. Jonathan Moore was brilliant from the start in terms of selling my dads house for him, had people in viewing in no time at all and within a week or so it was sale agreed. I live a bit away from my dads house but he took over the process of showing people around. Through the whole process his communication was seamless and he even helped me get things arranged for the buyers such as certificates and so on, as well as being the middle man to make sure everyone was on the same page when it came to the legal stuff, I just couldn't believe how easy he made it compared to the last time I sold a house. I would highly recommend these guys, they are like the amazon of house sales in terms of the service they provide. Will deffo use again should I ever need to sell a house or rent!

OK, how can I rate Nicholas Residentials services and Paul's customer care so that it actually justifies how excellent this company is. I was under enormous pressure to find a rental property for about 10 weeks. I had gone into as many agencies and was registered with all the big ones. I was only a name to them and when I sent a request to view a property I had found online, I would get an automated response to basically get rid of me without even checking who I am! A friend recommended Nicholas Residentials. What a difference!!! Paul was and still is my point of contact. He asked me what I was looking for, the areas and my budget. Within a few days he found us the most perfect property. He has been responsive and dedicated from day 1 until now that we have moved in. I cannot recommend them enough. For your peace of mind and to avoid the sleepless night I had before I met them, just get yourself registered with Nicolas Residentials if you are looking for a property. Paul and Mark were able to help me achieve a much higher rate in the market than what I was privately charging, and were able to carry out back round checks which I didnt do when I managed myself, which in the past caused me issues with rouge tenants. Definitely worth paying for a management of the property to take the stress out of managing. They are both very professional have many years experience professionally and recommend very highly.
