This is a curious review as we’ve never had a tenant called Andrew Corrigan, unless you happened to have rented from us before 2010, at which time we began using our current property management systems. We have, however, also searched our email systems which pre-date our other systems but again, your name doesn’t appear. I noticed that you also recently left a one star review, which seems now to have vanished, in which you referred to a friend of yours who you said had a bad experience with our company. We encourage all of our tenants and landlords to leave reviews. We particularly welcome feedback from people who have not been entirely happy with the service we have provided. If you were indeed a tenant of ours, it would therefore be really helpful if you would be good enough to provide your name and some additional information, I assure you that I’ll investigate and provide a full response.

Thank you for your review, Christopher. We are glad to hear you were happy with our services and in particular, our handling of maintenance issues. We strongly encourage our tenants to make use of the online system for reporting of all repairs and maintenance issues. This generates a time stamped record of what was reported and when. This system also provides information supplemented by photos and video that can help a tenant understand what can be causing a problem and help them resolve matters themselves. A typical example is mould and mildew caused by lack of ventilation. As soon as a maintenance report is submitted, we receive immediate notification by email, together with a tenant's photos and any associated information provided. For most issues, we aim to have someone out to a property next working day, though very often we are able to phone a tenant and resolve matters quickly.
