GoogleAsked for our deposit back from the house we moved out of in June, settled on the amount on the 18th of September and were told it would be 10 days. Its now the 14th of October and we still havent recieved our deposit despite the other tenant making multiple attempts to contact them and being ignored.

GoogleTerrific letting agency - great communication, professional and courteous staff, Daniel was very helpful and made the tenancy a very pleasant one. When a maintenance issue popped up, reporting it and having a repairman come and fix it took less than two hours from start to finish on a Sunday. Straightforward move out process, can't recommend this agency enough 👍

GoogleFantastic experience selling my property with Adam supported by Shannon. Having listed with another agent initially, Adam continued to check in on progress and offer advice. Having had the sale fall through a couple of times I switched to listing with Adam, and immediately saw results. He was proactive, knowledgable and put my best interests first. Once the sale was agreed, he and Shannon. continued to be available for support and they went above and beyond on numerous occasions to get the sale over the line ! I would not have been successful selling the property without Adam ! A fantastic service and would highly recommend

GoogleI have just sold my house and CPS have made a complicated process straightforward and stress free. Eoin in particular is brilliant - he is a straight talker so acts as the perfect middle man between the vendor, the buyer and both solicitors. He is also extremely efficient, responsive to messages and charming to deal with. The agents are professional and show the property in its best light without any annoying, salesperson waffle. The team were able to organise a brilliant professional photographer at a reasonable price which is worth every penny. I’m delighted with the team’s service and would recommend CPS to anyone looking to sell their property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
