GoogleRENTAL LETTING SERVICE - Was very disappointed with CPS and their actions when dealing with myself and my partner. Last year we were struggling to find anywhere and luckily a property came up with CPS. We paid the letting agency £35 each (£70) cash in hand to Brian Blair. Apparently we were unsuccessful which was bewildering to us but fair enough but then when I tried to enlist Brian to help us find another property he never replied to any of my emails. Anytime we called the letting agency we were kept given the "Brian isn't here, he's happy to help he will get back to you." but we never were called back or emailed back and there is only so many times you can ring people before you feel like a mug. Ended up getting sorted with another local letting agency but I have told my professional friends to stay away from the service. Being a gay couple we couldn't help but feel it could have been a factor as we were nothing but polite and friendly with Brian at the viewing but we will never know. Disappointed with CPS and Brian of CPS.

GoogleCPS doesn't even deserve one star, if only a negative scale existed! These are the reasons why: Staff lie ( spoken to several staff and each time I have heard different excuses) Breached contract (they have breached my contract several times. I've even had to get intouch with the housing rights advice org.) Nothing gets fixed (its been several months now, and nothing has been fixed in our house. Even when I've told staff its a serious issue). Complaints dont get dealt with at all. Lastly, why are CPS staff, their friends and partners leaving 5 star reviews?? Surely it is misleading people looking to use your services? Please note: The only reason I am leaving this review is because current complaint procedure does not work.

GoogleQuite disappointed. Terrible communication. Even if it comes down to someone down the chain not giving information, a quick call to say what is going on is extremely valued. Unfortunately this is not what I got. After following up with them twice when they said they would call back I got told it was a down the chain problem. After this it took a couple of weeks before I got a call back... very unprofessional in my opinion.

GoogleCouldn't recommend Cait from the mortgage department highly enough! Knowledgeable and friendly and always just a phone call away. Made the whole process of getting my first mortgage stress free. Couldn't have done it without her!

GoogleDon't even deserve 1 star. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Rude, lying, hard to get in contact with, and will not fix serious issues with your house even if it damages your health or leaves you in danger with water around electricals etc. Employees leave 5 star reviews themselves (Hi property manager Hollie McKane!). **RESPONSE TO OWNER** I will happily be in touch in the future. This is not slander it is the truth.
