GoogleIt was a smooth and great experience from viewing to signing the tenancy agreement. It was very well executed, planned. FacebookCait is absolutely brilliant, we had the most smooth and stress free remortgage, it was made easy, it was efficient and happened far quicker than we thought it would - which given everything that’s going with mortgages etc, its is nothing short of spectacular. We were given clear instructions on what we needed to provide, had lots of options for the mortgage to choose from and had all questions answered fully and quickly. If you need a mortgage or remortgage I’d highly recommend Cait.

While going through the bidding stage the team kept us up to date and they supported us through the whole closing process while helping to solve any issues that arose. GoogleWe had our property on the market with a different estate agent for almost a year and the few viewers really seemed to be time wasters. Certainly didn't feel like the agents were trying to push our property to achieve a sale. We changed to CPS as Eoin had been personally recommended to us. Very professional and thorough discussion deciding market strategy and within a few weeks we had our house 'Sale Agreed'. GoogleI viewed a property to buy with Adam. He asked me to provide my financial information. I provided everything and told him I am going with co-ownership.He said that particular house is suitable for co-ownership.However, he doesn’t bother me as a buyer at all. Normally, estate agents let buyers know if any bidding going on but in that case I have to call CPS several times and tried to talk with Adam but he was busy every time. Today he said they found someone who is willing to pay deposit but he still gave me hope. Surprisingly, they didn’t informed me any further and I saw that house is sale agreed. It is such a disgrace. I will never go back or recommend anyone.

GoogleWe had been experiencing delays in attracting potential buyers for our property. We met Adam at a property viewing and immediately were impressed by his helpfulness and decided to engage CPS to drive the sale of our own property. We certainly received a lot of traffic over the following weeks thanks to the efforts of Adam and team. Things slowed down due to rocketing mortgage rates and an uncertain economy, but CPS did not give up on us. Following a chat with Adam we adjusted our strategy and price and once again the viewings picked up. Eventually things moved very quickly, CPS introduced us to a serious buyer and we sold the house within a few weeks. Adam,Shannon,Eoin and the team were a pleasure to work with. My only reservation - which is a bit unfair to CPS - was that the entire process was very long and complicated but through no fault of CPS.

GoogleFantastic services from CPS. Eoin went over and above what was expected. In record time we were able to sell our apartment and complete on our first house with CPS all within 5 weeks. CPS were able to get us much more than our asking price. At one stage we asked Eoin to stop taking bids on our property as we did not know how to react. Eoin reassured us that the market will determine the value of our home and reassured us that we would get a good sale. Eoin was always on the phone if you needed him. He also negotiated fixtures and fittings and simply took the pressure off us. I never knew how much work was actually involved in marketing, selling and buying a property but CPS made it look easy! Brian was not only friendly and helpful at the time of getting the house but as our tenancy came to a close he emailed asking did we get sorted for anything new, took the time to email us properties that we described we would like and always made time for a chat. Super friendly guy, would highly recommend the CPS branch in Belfast for rentals.

GoogleReported a broken washing machine in our rental on the 14th of August and the issue is still not fixed 37 days later, despite being told that the issue would be fixed in a maximum of 28 days. Constantly having to call for updates on the situation and no one seems to know much about it. They say they are waiting on the contractor and vice versa. One contractor who did ring us and scheduled an appointment did not show up, nor provide a reason for this prior to or afterward, and CPS have yet to address this

GoogleI came back to Belfast after many years abroad. I knew I wanted to get on the property ladder but was at a loss. Cait was amazing guiding me through the various stages, what documents I needed etc. Cait always found a solution to any issue, when you have been away for awhile, local documentation isn’t easy to produce. COVID was tough, but during this time Cait got my forever home over the line, and I will never forget that.

GoogleRang today enquiring about property for sale and the girl was really rude and dismissive. As a buyer I wouldn't recommend them to anyone buying or selling. Edited - I've since had a different experience with the same agency, they were very helpful and couldn't do enough. The owner also called me to apologies for the initial call and explained it wasn't up to their usual standard. I would use them again.

GoogleMultiple bad experiences with CPS, both rental and trying to purchase. They covered for landlords who where due for repossession and argue deposits on behalf of these landlords when in they're own words "they don't get their own way" Run run run
