GoogleI've had a fair number of landlords over the years and often it can be difficult to get stuff fixed/replaced or dealt with in a timely manner. However, my experience with Campbell & Co has generally been quite positive. Any issue I've emailed them about has been resolved very quickly. I can't comment on other people's experience, but mine has been generally quite positive.

GoogleCampbell & Co are quite frankly the best agent I have used over many many years of property rental and sales. Nothing is too much trouble and how they manage matters is extremely efficient. Monthly rental is collected and forwarded every month like clockwork. Unlike other agents they really do offer a professional management service. GoogleRented two properties from them over the years . First property was good but the second was very poor , everything was filthy and not maintained . Rubbish left from last tenants , stains on the walls not to mention holes in the walls ... seemed like they didnt care about the house at all .... poor poor poor !!!!!
The property was not filthy. As stated in the handover inventory/ condition report, had you raised any cleaning issues within 7 days of moving in, this would have been dealt with. You failed to mention to the good reading public that as the tenant you disposed of the landlords good quality double bed & mattress, you stripped wallpaper from hall, stairs, and landing and removed the stair carpet and this is how the property was left when you moved out. All without permission. It will cost over £650 to put right the actions you have taken in this property.

GoogleI recently finished a rental with Campbell’s and I was dealing with Katie. She was absolutely brilliant, no messing about and very professional. I am giving 4 stars because I had issues earlier with a different person, David, who was difficult to deal with. Friends of mine who rent with Campbell’s say they had the same issue; everything was great except for dealing with David. I would definitely recommend but just make sure you know who you will be dealing with!

Google1 start is too much. They babysit you checking your property every couple of months, even after they check a few times they still keep on treating you like a child. They take forever to pay back your deposit (more like david takes forever). But you dont get all of your deposit back, david must need it more i suppose, they supply no evidence of why he holds back money just his word for it! Even though when you ask for proof you get fobbed off. So people take note make sure you take photos and a video of when you move in and out aswel make sure they inspect the property before you hand the key over as they/david will take full advantage of the situation.
