GoogleCP walker&Son recently helped renting out our property within one week. Very efficient from start, booked a same-day valuation appointment (done by Samana). The team is polite and easy to communicate through email. Using the management service, cannot comment on that at moment, but hope everything goes well :)

GoogleCP Walker have managed my property in Beeston since I bought it in 2014. I have never been without a tenant and the service has been excellent. I live overseas and really have to trust the agency to manage my property; CP Walker does this brilliantly for me. They are responsive to emails and always professional. I highly recommend them.

GoogleI recently used CP Walker to sell my house. I would highly recommend them. They were very helpful throughout the sale. In particular, they looked after my property when I had moved out before the sale completed. They kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and were always friendly and professional. They are one of the few estate agents I have come across who are highly competent at their job.
