GoogleList flat shares as one bedroom properties on Rightmove
Agent replied · 23 October 2024
Dear Stephen, Thank you for your comment and alerting us to this. Having double-checked all our current listings on Rightmove, we identified a small number of adverts where although the written description of the accommodation clearly and accurately describes the available property as a room in a shared house, there was an error in the ‘house type’ field of a small number of adverts. We are committed to providing full, accurate and detailed descriptions of properties to make our customers’ experience of house hunting as easy as possible and have corrected these errors accordingly. Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Yours sincerely, Rex Walker, Managing Partner, C P Walker & Son

GoogleMe and my partner recently bought our first home together through CP Walker, and we couldn't have hoped for a more helpful service. They were always quick to respond to our queries (of which, as first-time buyers, there were many!) and equally quick to let us know when things progressed or they required anything from ourselves. Whilst I can't attest to the experience of the seller, from a buyer's perspective, they were everything you could want from a helpful estate agent.

GoogleIt was a really great experience doing the viewing, swift, easy to book, and very helpful both during and afterwards.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
