GoogleI call them last Friday to arrange a view for a property on Sealand Drive and they said will call me Monday but they did not.I call them on Monday and they said The property is gone ....They are not serious They lied me. Avoid

GoogleWe have been through the process of agreeing to rent a property managed by Your Move Agents Bedworth. I cannot speak highly enough of the service we have received. I have have had numerous questions along the way including with regards to permissions for when we move in and all have been responded to quickly and professionally. I have been interacting with a very nice lady called Georgia who is very knowledgeable, approachable and professional. Having dealt with many estate agents in the past 15 years i can honestly say she has made this the easiest experience I have had and is a massive asset to the company.

GoogleService could be better i sent emails to them they never replied to them and I said that I no longer want there serives any more they would not let me go as a landlord I'm not happy I went back because they keep phoning me and ask me to go back to them I'm going to try and get out of there again I sent emails to say that I want to cancel the serives they ingurrd then your not a person your just a number

GoogleFantastic customer service from the whole team. I’ve just purchased my first buy to let property in Coventry. I had already been to see my bank regarding my mortgage but Jenna offered me an appointment with their own adviser. I’ve saved a small fortune by using their mortgage services. I’ll now be letting my property through your move as their fully managed service is great! Thanks again team, I look forward to working with you on my next investment.

GoogleThe service I have received from the team at your move has been absolutely amazing. Jenna valued our property and was so helpful and professional but also very down to earth and easy to talk to. The team in the office have given me weekly updates with how my sale is going and I haven’t had to make a single call to my solicitor because they have done it all for me. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!

GoogleWe were attempting to move house, arranging everything necessary, doing all we could do while Your Move basically expected us to jump through hoops to get anywhere. They left it until the last minute to tell us certain information and then when they finally decided that we could move in to our new house, they would not accept reasonable methods of payment and informed us that we would have to pay over twice as much as we expected in order to pick up the keys, saying we had signed something we had not signed. The amount they asked us for included charges we had previously known nothing about including something for which we were under the impression we had already paid. As we have had to give up our current rented house on the basis that we would be moving a week ago, Your Move have now left a family homeless all because they don't do their job properly. We thought they were a reputable company but leaving things until the last minute, messing people around, leaving them homeless, causing lost income by having to take time off work to move when they aren't actually going to be able to move anyway, charging more than expected and claiming someone's signature is on something when they haven't signed anything nor been given a copy of something they are meant to have signed are not the actions of a reputable company.

GoogleStaff always seem to have a bad attitude wjen speaking on the phone. I have found viewings difficult to arrange. All the reviews on Google are clearly done by friends and family, who genuinely leaves reviews talking about the individual qualities of a named member of staff if youre buying or selling a property, which these reviews are, very odd and dishonest.

GoogleI have used Your Move Bedworth and Coventry many times over the years, both to sell and let properties. I have always found them to be exceptionally helpful and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. I continue to use Greg, the mortgage advisor repeatedly for all my mortgages and insurances, and wouldn't consider going anywhere else!
