GoogleI can not thank the staff at Your Move enough. Especially Georgia she has helped me find a suitable property, Just when i was getting tired of viewing properties Georgia got in touch with me and told me about a house that was going on the market. Knowing about my situation with having children and needed to be in a certain location she kept me in mind. I really liked the house and let her know straight away. She was very understanding and compassionate not only doing her job but by being a genuine person who wanted to help.
Correspondence was by emails and when i needed to ask a question or needed advice she was very prompt with replying and helping me through the steps to start a new tenancy.
We are now in the new property and i really couldn't of done it without her help.
Whilst viewing other properties i met with other staff from Your Move and each Estate Agent was polite, professional and approachable i felt at ease asking questions. I have rented properties long term for a while now and even though we are in a pandemic ive never known the transition to be so smooth.
Looking & viewing houses isn't easy at the best of times so to have support and help from the staff at Your Move really means a great deal.

GoogleIn the current throws of buying a house through yourmove.
So far communication has been excellent, very patient with me when I don't understand something and always willing to go the extra mile.
I have been dealing predominatnly with Charlie during the buying process who has been exceptional, 10/10 for service.
During the house viewing I dealt with Sarah and Charlie both let me know very quickly about the house and when I could view, couldn't ask for better service.

GoogleThe ladies at Your Move were fantastic, I have to say Kerry was the best agent I have ever had show me around a property. However George who I understand is the regional manager was shocking, in fact by him not returning calls resulting in me losing my buyer. I thought he was the office junior by how incompetent he was and that is the reason for the low review.

Please be aware, as the regional manager I'm never in the same office each day and therefore can be difficult to reach with various meetings and branch visits throughout the week. GoogleThe Team at Your move estate agents in Bedworth are truly 2nd to none (this is a genuine review and I am not being paid).
We have now been using Bedworth your move for 3 years as Landlords and more recently as our Sole agent for the sale of that same property, the whole process from start to finish has been a great experience, the communication is spot on and they have helped solve any queries or issues with tenants and the property with ease and speed, they have also helped promote the property for sale with some wonderful photos, advertising and viewings and have made the whole experience an enjoyable one.
They have ensured on tenant checkout the property has been kept to its original standards and have allocated us fabulous tenants along the way
Jag, Jenna, Georgia have been wonderful in helping us with any questions, queries and issues that have arisen both during rental and Sale, more importantly Charlie is an asset to the Estate Agents, she has ensured everything has always ran smoothly, been a major key part with middle party communication between ourselves and the tenants and always returned phone calls in a happy and positive way when requested.

GoogleI have recently bought a property through modern day auction and Nisha Parshad has been helping me through the process. I was booked to view 2 properties on the day but for some reason the 2nd property was not booked in her diary. However as soon as I told her about that she quickly rang the office and organised for the other view and quickly picked up the keys for the 2nd viewing as I was doing this during my lunch break.

GoogleVerry bad ,teribile ,liars very unprofessional if i could i would give 0 stars i can not beleive it .i spoke whit them on the phone to arrange a viewing and someone took my detailes and never called me back .after 3 day I called them back and they said the property is not longer available as someone else just agreed the letting terms ..Im very upset because i made the plan ....so now everithing is gone .
Please Avoid this company they did not deseve to run this bussines ,they did not care about the customers .....verry awfull
