I could not recommend Haart enough, they have been absolutely amazing!! Nik stayed in contact with me whilst I waited for my house to be ready to go on the market over several months. On the day he came to give us a evaluation he called the office and within hours they had arranged 3 viewings for the next few days. Derren and Nik worked so hard and got 10+ viewings in 4 days with 4 offers!! They kept me informed throughout and continue to support my family tirelessly with the sale. Thank you guys.

Not happy with the service provided by the branch in Bedford. I asked to check a heater at my property. Someone texted me the day before sending the contractor to see if I was available. I replied straight away asking to rearrange as I wasn't available. They ignored my request and sent someone while I wasn't in without notifying me, which apparently they have the right to do. Anyway, I kept texting them to know when the contractor was going to come over and they kept ignoring me. So today I had to complain with the manager only to be told that someone did come in when I wasn't at home and no one had told me anything!! And the heater is still not working. Then some rude woman calls me on the phone trying to justify their course of action and doesn't let me explain the situation. Disgraceful.

Nik and Derren supported us through the house buying process. Derren met us at the initial house viewing and was really patient and helpful. Nik very cherpy and called a couple times to see how we were getting on and we were left to our own devices. Both really lovely and met us at the new house to give us our keys after finishing work at 5 but we felt slightly let down as we didn't get all the keys from them and had to personally go to another estate agent to collect them which was an added stress on moving day.

Hannah from Haarts provided a very friendly and professional valuation of the property, advising that she expected it would be easy to sell despite the current climate. Having discussed the valuation and agreed a realistic guide price the house was marketed swiftly and accurately and an open day arranged. True to Hannah's opinion the house received several expressions of interest as a result of the open day and a firm offer was accepted within 2 days. Haarts are now keeping us well informed and we are extremely pleased with our choice of agent. Highly recommended.

Kye, Boyd and Frazer are exactly what you want in an Estate Agency. Not only do they get the best possible price for you but they make sure the sale goes through. To give perspective, we had 5 agents value our house in the same day. Haart valued our house at £15,000 MORE than the next closest valuation, then sold it within a week at full asking price. The sale has just completed. What more could you ask for?!

Our experience since droping in to view the property which we have just bought through Haart has been nothing but exceptional, extremely positive and we would strongly recommend Haart to anyone looking to purchase a property. Special thanks to the Bedford team senior negotiator Kye Andrews who was always one step ahead of us, bridging the gap so professionally well between us and the seller such that the experience of purchasing our first property was very stress free, done in record time (less than 2 months) from what I gather and his management of the entire buying process for us defintely qualifies for an A1 @ Lloyds designation - I would highly recommend them.

Am utterly disappointed at there services. We want to rent an apartment from the company , references was done but sadly my wife failed referencing but I passed , I guess it’s because she works for an international company , most time referencing company says they won’t be able to do referencing for such circumstance . Only for Haart to come back to tell us they will be retaining our holding deposit because we provided false and misleading information. We insisted we didn’t provided any misleading information , all required document from the referencing company was genuinely provided. After much persistence , They came back to say they will hold half and refund half. We rejected this offer as we are 100% sure we didn’t provide false or misleading information. We requested for proof to there false allegation and up till date they refused to tender a proof , They only refunded half of the holding deposit . We lost out on a house and yet still lost over £150 . It’s financially and emotionally draining. We have gotten subject access document from the referencing company and again no misleading information was provided . We will be taking them to court until they do the right thing. Every one has the right to get a proof when you are being alleged for something , most especially if you are so sure you are not guilty . I will not recommend them by all means as they acted in a very non professional way .
