Rob conducted all our viewings & kept us updated on propertys we may be interested in & it was one of the reccomenedations Rob sent over to us that we ended up buying and we couldn't be happier with it. we really can't rate ben and the team at cooper wallace highly enough. we were treated horrendously by another local agent and had really lost faith. we contacted ben and he was amazing! he got our property listed, advertised and viewings booked within days. he kept us up to date with all feedback and made the whole process run smoothly. everyone in the office is professional and honest - unfortunately a rarity in most dealings with estate agents!! we have since recommended their services many times and wouldn't hesitate using them again ourselves.

Mislead from the start, and was given false information through out our purchase and was let down several times. Once completion was finally made 7 months later, we got given 1 set of keys when there was meant to be 2, which was fine at the time as Cooper Wallace said they'd sort it for us - after asking several times and was unresponsive to the last message I had sent - still to this day we only have 1 set of keys, and as far as we are aware to this day the keys are with someone else and not actually the seller himself. I found for first time buyers Cooper Wallace was very unprofessional and hard to work alongside, which was a shame considering all the other reviews seemed positive which is why we chose to use them in the first place, however the experience was the complete opposite - maybe we just got unlucky! I would not recommend this company at all and would certainly not use them again.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

Extremely pleased with the service I received with the Team at Cooper Wallace. I was previously with another local estate agent in which the level of service was questionable and struggled to get me viewings. Once I signed with Cooper Wallace the viewings came, I was impressed with their passion to deliver the best customer service whilst getting me sold for the maximum price. My first ever house sale and Cooper Wallace were amazing. They were so positive and enthusiastic they knew we could put my property up for sale at a better amount than i thought and were confident it would sell quickly whereas another estate agent that viewed my property didn't aim high at all and didn't win my confidence over. So pleased i put my trust in Cooper Wallace as a week and a half later they'd got my property sold at the price they said i'd get. Always contactable, friendly, calming and reassuring.
