FacebookI've worked with a lot of Agents in my business, and hands down Daniel at Cooper Wallace has been the best. Just completed on a tricky sale for many reasons, including a chain and Daniel handled it incredibly well. We had sales drop out and he got the house back on and with multiple offers. He qualified offers in detail, provided very detailed feedback and was consistently moving the sale forward. He also sold the property for 10%+ above what I thought it would sell for, and in fact had offers for 25%+ at the start. Give CW a call and don't hesitate, I'm super impressed.

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave a re-view for us. We are sorry you feel this way and we understand your disappointment in respect of your offer on the property. The property had lots of interest and had other people who were interested prior to your introduction but at that time were not sold. We carry out due diligence on behalf of our clients to substantiate any offer made so they can make an informed decision. Your offer was accepted by our client subject to the satisfactory evidence of funds being presented to verify your offer so the seller would be comfortable with withdrawing it from the market, which we recommend all our clients to do so. There was a delay in presenting all the information to us so we could confirm this to our client and verify your affordability, in the interim the previous introduced party had agreed a sale on their property and reinstated their offer, which by law we have to submit regardless of whether any other offers have been accepted. We presented both offers to the client and unfortunately in this instance decided to go with the other party. We can fully understand your disappointment and should you wish to discuss further with us or re-offer on the property, which you are entitled to do please do let us know. RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: I can assure you there is nothing underhand, under the estate agents act 1979 we are legally to put forward any offers up to the point of exchange of contracts. This is the process in England and Wales, unfortunately situations like this do occur from time to time and it is unfortunate that one party has to miss out. We presented both the offers to the sellers, they made their decision based on the length of the chain and ultimately we are instructed and act for them. If you wish to make a formal complaint, you can do so to The Property Ombudsmen who will independently investigate this matter for you.

GoogleFrom the moment I met the team at Cooper Wallace I knew they were the estate agents we would use, they are so professional, knowledgable and friendly. We had plenty of viewings and offers within a short period of time, which was fantastic - they are very proactive. We sold our house in 2020 just before lockdown. During this extremely difficult time they actively called me to update me on how things were progressing, which helped make a stressful time less so. If you're looking to sell or buy I would definitely recommend them and I would not hesitate in using them again. We received very poor communication throughout the entire process, which eventually resulted in one of the firms partners refusing to take our calls or our estate agent calls. Customer service is something we take very seriously and by our recent reviews something we do excel in is our customer service and communication skills. Checking the file we have in excess of 70 sales progression notes to say we have made contact with yourself/your estate agent/your solicitor throughout the transaction, if this wasn’t enough for you we can only apologises but at all times you, your estate agent and solicitor were kept up to date throughout the transaction on the purchase of your property. I feel it is such a shame to receive a one star review from yourself considering we had a e-mail from yourself on the exchange of contract to thank us for our hard work. FacebookSold two of my buy to let properties through Cooper Wallace at the end of last year. Both under very difficult circumstances and one with an impossible lawyer. I seriously believe at least one of the sales would not have completed had I chosen any other agent. The whole team gets on board and offers a personal service that is missing with all other agents I’ve dealt with. These guys work so hard and actually care and take great pride in their work. I can’t recommend them highly enough and other agents could learn much from the way this agency is run top to bottom.
