Awful service and completely unprofessional, doesn’t look after your needs as a renter and as previously started by someone else does anything to keep your holdings deposit without securing the property. I would advise a different leader’s office as in beckenham their employees no nothing about the properties they are renting out.

Initially very efficient when renting a property but after care appaling. High staff turnover, bad communication and constant excuses about length of time to resolve issues. Condemned gas fireplace took a year of chasing to replace amongst other delays.

I had a telephone call with Helena to enquire about a property but unfortunately I was too late as it had already been let but she was very helpful by taking my requirements and showed me an alternative property which turned out to be better for the same price, I am delighted and I am just going through references now, fingers crossed!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Emma B is a rude rude woman! I wish I never dealt with her. She is discourteous, unkind and rubbish at communicating. Her excuses are ridiculous and do not make sense yet she wants to prove the customer is wrong and can’t admit she has made mistakes and lacks customer service. Please do not deal with this woman!
