Dealing with an agency who are trustworthy is so important and after a horrible experience with another agency, I found that the ladies at Leaders made me feel at ease while recommending suitable properties. I specifically dealt with Shuk but had contact with the other staff too who were all fantastic. I have unfortunately had to put renting on hold due to unforeseen circumstances but when I start looking again, I will be back at leaders.

I rented a property for 5 years that was managed by Leaders. During that period Leaders conducted property visits to make sure that property was kept in good condition. At first I thought this would be annoying intrusive visits, but I was wrong. I actually began to look forward to Lisa's visits as she was always polite and friendly. My experience with Leaders was so great that I recommended them to a friend who then moved up the road from me and has also had a good experience. Though Leaders don't conduct regular visits at her property she has an attentive Landlord who fixes faults as soon as they happen. I was sad to leave the property I rented through Leaders but our Landlord wanted to sell. When we received this information I thought it was going to be a annoying tedious process but it was made as painless as possible by Adrian and Archie where so professional and accommodating. When I am ready to buy a property I will be going to them for sure. In this review I must mention the amazing Toni who is the property manager. She responded to all my emails and queries with great efficiency. She was always a pleasure to deal with, her patience and professionalism is absolutely amazing. If you want to rent out a property you definitely want her to manage it. I cant thank her enough for all her help.
